This was the third time I went for desert safari yet was the most thrilling of all. Mr. Nasser was extremely helpful, my family and I were so happy with his professionalism. The trip through the dunes was so exciting even my nine year old daughter enjoyed it. We enjoyed the skating,the camels, the visits to different areas, the shows were so beautiful too. Thank you Nasser for making this trip extremely memorable!

Absolutely loved the experience we had at the dessert Safari! Jafar was our tour guide and he made our experience amazing! From picking us up on time, to making us have the best Dune bash, to helping us secure the best deals with the arabian outfits, to getting us the best table for the dinner and lastly to taking such great pictures of us, he was the best! Would definitely recommend!

Tourist tour with unmotivated guide stopping at a unattractive local quad biking place. Then we took the normal road to the camp where busloads of Russians were arriving. The buffet - after waiting in a very long line - was mediocre, plates were not cleared. The live performance very ordinary. Nothing royal about this tour.

Hi Claudia from Laux Event. Thank you for your valuable review although it is unfortunate that we did not meet your high expectation. We wish to highlight even if you have only booked for sharing, we have upgraded your booking to Private Safari without additional charge. The Quad bike palce is where we normally make a short stop while we deplate our car tyres to 15 PSI so that the car will not get stuck in the sand during dune bashing.
In addition, even if you have paid for normal sharing, we have given your group a private table for 3 persons. Its just happen that there were some Russians guests in the camp on the day when you did your safari. Honestly we don't see anything wrong about it. Caravanserai camp is one of the best Bedoine inspired desert camp in Dubai and UAE whose one of its advocate is to let the visiting tourist like you to experience the local culture and heritage of Bedouin people, a group of nomadic Arab people who have historically inhabited the desert regions. The food in our camp is catered by 5-star Le Meridien hotel.
If you have only informed our Safari Guide that you are not happy with our camp, we could have upgraded you to our VVIP camp or have pulled you out and drive you back to your hotel, and return your full payment. But as I know, you stayed until the end of the last show. We honestly feel that your low rating is unfair and bias considering the high value of services you received from our team over the value of money you have paid for this services.
In any event, when you come to Dubai again, we will be glad to give you a complimentary safari just to show you that we are genuinely sincere to make our guests happy hoping we can change your view about the local culture and heritage of Dubai and UAE most especially regarding our Bedioune ccamp. Otherwise if you are looking for Royal VVIP experience not the Bedoine set up camp, we suggest that you book for our Royal Fotress or Royal Luxury package.

A fab experience. All perfect, from the booking to the execution. Difficult to say which was the best part of the day. The dune buggy or the sandboard or the view of the desert at the sunset or the very nice experience at dinner in the camp or the night show. Who cares! All great. And Jaffar a fantastic guide across the day. It’s definitely a must have in Dubai.

I’ve been to desert few times but this company is definitely number one. Best service, food, activities, program, ambience.I had such a great time with my friends and I truly recommend this company those who prefer quality spend time at authentic and luxurious place as Sahara desert camp offers.

Desert Safari was a very good experience with our tour guide Jaffer. He was kind and a great driver. The car drive was good. We enjoyed the Dune bashing, Quad biking and Camping. Would highly recommend.

Organization with Henry was very smooth and flexible.

We have had an incredible sunrise trip, Rasheed who was our guide is such a lovely chap, he is so knowledgeable and a great driver in the sand dunes, and he has taken some outstanding pictures for us it's unforgettable.

It's amazing to experience, it's not my first time for the desert safari...but this is excellent, the program is so well explained, he knows very well the place that while we are on the road he explain and show the important places. Special mention for Mr.Rashed our Safari guide thanks for the extreme dune bashing and have a chance to watch a live camel racing. The camp is so nice and clean, I love the food and the performance is so entertaining. Thanks for amazing experience Royal Mirage...more power... Well recommended this Company.....

My husband and I are traveling to Dubai for three days from June 28-July 1. Debating whether to do a morning or afternoon dessert safari. I hear morning is spectacular, but wondering if it will get too hot by mid day. But I have also read in reviews that evenings may be better as the dessert cools off.
