Greetings, Thank you for sharing your experience here on trip advisor also. We have learnt from this experience to better manage and keep the information clear upfront :-) .
It is sad to see here you writing a review that is completely wrong interpretation of your experience with us :-( . We explained everything to you before the start of the program you had the choice of Not taking the experience at all . You choose to accept the terms of program and took the experience anyway. We accepted your demand of you not being happy with the service and we made a REFUND BACK of upto 50% of the amount.
1 - The Program for Dune Buggy is a Desert Adventure that will need all participants to have minimum skill of driving, hence a sharing group program (the program you choose to book) will always have people that are skilled and not so skilled drivers. We try our best for everyone to have an equal enjoyment of Desert Experience.
2- Our Dune Buggies are 6months old, which means they are almost new. However the machine is an electric machine and can be with mechanical faults. Your responsibility was to inform your guide at the same time and we could have replaced the Dune Buggy for you.
3 - Water, cannot explain this one because water is free. their is not control on how much you want to take. Normally we offer one bottle, going in and one bottle coming back from the desert. If you wanted more water if was free you could have taken as much as possible.
I want to mention this, that we are happy that you wrote here about the experience and we always ask our guests who participate in the desert program with us to write about their experience so for us to better evaluate the standards and the quality of service we serve to our guests :-) .
