While Dubai Canal can be beautiful to visit at night, there isn't much to see here. There is a really long walking path that encircles the canal which might take about 2 hours to cover. Every half an hour a small boat full of tourists...More
Relaxing experience traveling in the water taxis. Beware of some boat drivers who will take you out of your way and not drop you back off to your port of origin without attempting to make you pay fare twice.
This Water canal is lovely and peaceful at night. Great views of the city from the bridges. BUT watch out for cyclists. They aren't allowed but they do and they go fast! otherwise, take a walk, jog or just sit and watch the waterfall. Walk...More

Starting at the jumeirah end we cycled up the entire path alongside the canal. It’s about 10k. A pleasant ride with good views across the city. Plenty of bars to get a drink if needed. It seemed a popular place with runners.
it takes hardly 15 minutes to watch and sit there. we haven't tried abra or any ferry. if u are lacking time in dubai then while returning from abu dhabi u can ask driver to stop there for 15 minutes and watch it.
It’s hard to believe that only a decade ago there was no marina. Opened in 2003, the man-made marina runs along a 3km stretch of shoreline. A heady mix of luxurious hotels, apartment buildings, and cafes, the marina hosts regular community events and markets, and is a wonderful place to while away an afternoon or evening. Spectacular at night when the skyscrapers glisten, here you can enjoy dinner on the beach next
to the sea, or visit a high-rise bar in a hotel for a magnificent view across the Gulf and the man-made Palm Island, with the world-famous Atlantis Hotel at its end. The Walk at Jumeirah beach Residences is a pedestrianized stretch leading to a new development: The Beach. It’s one of the few places where Gulf nationals mix with tourists and Western ex-pats. It’s a popular place to show off your supercar for an evening, so watch out for Lamborghinis, Maseratis, and Ferraris in abundance.
