In principle it’s a good day out. Our boy loved it, but I have to echo what others have said regarding queue jumping and disinterested staff. All the rides take far longer to get on because there is no enthusiasm at all. We went today and there wasn’t many family guests but a couple of thousand students it was bedlam at times kids jumping lines etc they would often go in the fast pass lines and not be checked or challenged. Many of the rides are really good. Out of all the zones the Cartoon Network one was the most disappointing but the dinosaur section was by far the best

Great indoor park but dietary needs not met
This is a great amusement park with plenty of rides. We particularly enjoyed the dinosaur section. It's all indoors and at times it did feel the music was a tad too loud, if this were an outdoor park I guess you wouldn't be so aware of how loud it can be. We went near Halloween and it was lovely to see all the decorations and the slightly eerie music as we entered the park; our kids really enjoyed this. We did get a fast pass, although when we went it wasn't really needed, as we didn't see huge queues on any of the rides. On arrival our bags were checked to see if we were bringing any outdoor food as it's prohibited. I did email the park the day before to query what food options were available for us as we're vegetarian and gluten free - to our disappointment there was only one option available at 1 restaurant - a green salad, not exactly exciting for my children. I did enquire whilst at the park at the Indian restaurant and was told everything did contain gluten apart from the rice. I questioned in more detail as I could see dhaal and yoghurt also available, and was told they would be gluten free but they would need to make them fresh? I guess IMG as being extra cautious not to contaminate anyone with an allergy but surely they should have more on the menu other than a green salad for people who are both vegetarian and gluten free! That said the kids did enjoy their day at IMG, but I would say if IMG can't accommodate certain dietary needs they should be allowed to bring food into the venue.

Surprised after reading some of the reviews actually how good this park was......
Family of 3 including a 15 YO boy. This was a last minute decision to go here after researching on the internet one breakfast time, I thought it looked a fun day out. Reading some of the reviews beforehand was a mistake as I seriously nearly decided not to go but we said let's do it and if it is no good we would come away earlier than planned. The journey to IMG did not inspire us it looked unkempt and derelict coming up to the car park but we still did not deter from our original plan. Got inside at 11.45am and it looked busy, there were a couple of school buses with pupils loitering in the admission area and we did think 'oh great'. Queued for tickets and the lovely lady in the kiosk explained if we could provide our Emirates boarding pass for our incoming flight we could get 30% off admission pricing. Result!! We had these on our phone so all in all total of £175 for three of us. Did not purchase any fast pass tickets we thought we would go with the flow! We started at the Marvel area, Hulk 4D was closed but should be up and running later so that wasn't too bad, this was the only ride that was not open, in all other areas everything was open and running fine. We honestly had a great day, thoroughly enjoyed all the big and little rides and was one of the best days out we had on the holiday. Yes, with the school pupils queuing took longer but they were polite and I did not see much queue jumping, the adults were worse at this on the day we went. Some were just plain rude! The food options were absolutely amazing, something for everyone and really lovely. I was surprised that every food cart and restaurant was open, we were spoilt for choice tbh. The school buses left at 3.30pm ish so once they all disappeared it was straight onto each ride no worries. We literally did Spiderman and Velociraptor three times in a row, each time straight on hardly anyone queuing. The staff were pleasant enough but if you are looking for the Disney World experience then do not get your hopes up, we had a laugh with a few, none were rude and we were polite back. It is a park I would visit again for sure!

Great fun! (But don't ride the Powerpuff Girls after lunch!)
Really enjoyed our trip to IMG. Getting in was quite the ordeal and unorganised but once we got through the barriers we had a great time. It was very quiet due to it being mid-week and we were able to get on all of the rides without really having to queue for anything. Suitable for all ages. Watch out for the Powerpuff Girls ride, a lot more intense than it looks! All the rides were operating and the staff all seemed friendly. I suspect we'd have a very different experience at the weekend / busier times but we'd definitely recommend.

    Great place for kids
I was really surprised by the infrastructure inside and definitely a great place to go out with kids and have a good time all together. I felt that velociraptor stood out from the other rides and is a must go ride for everyone. Overall there are enough rides for kids to enjoy their time out there.

    A 10 out of 10 adrenaline adventure
A 10 outta 10 fun park!we didn't even realize it was night because the fun was unending! My kids went on so many rides, and we couldn't even get enough. My suggestion to potential goers, be there early, preferably when they open! That way, you can have maximum fun the whole day long! We went at 9 am and even when it was time to leave at 10 pm, there was still so much to do! This activity i highly recommend for parents with kids to checkout and adults looking for adrenaline rush!

my experience in IMG world of adventure
Were you looking for a place where u can have fun with friends and family? Then it’s your lucky day because I got the right place for you in IMG world of adventure where you can enjoy quality time with family and friends and be able to have fun. IMG is a delightful place with many varieties of rollercoasters from marvel to cartoon network etc. it contains a lot of rides like the most popular one the “velociraptor” which is a very nice ride although it is very fast and spins u a lot. Also, the line for the rides isn’t that long since the ride holds a lot of people, so the queue isn’t that long and finishes fast. The rides are all fun and joyful but the place is huge so going from place to place is going to be tiring and I guarantee you will be very tired and most probably have headache from all the spinning and motion. I recommend it to the people who are willing to have fun and be able to enjoy their time with their friends or family since you will be able to experience it together and scream and laugh about it. if your looking for a place that going to leave surprised and fascinated than IMG is defiantly that place for you.

    Needs better care.
Went there over the long Eid weekend. Never again. Judging from the lack of responses here, the management of this theme park feels like it's not really committed to their customer's welfare and it showed. Arriving at 12:30 with pre-purchased tickets was a wise move. The men and women at the turnstyles were probably the best staff in the entire theme park. However, inside was a worrisome mayhem, despite the park not even close to full capacity. Based on the length of the designed waiting areas and the actual number of people waiting in line, there must have only about 1/4 of the designed capacity but each ride I entered, the lone staff manning there warned me that the waiting time was at least one hour. Each ride. I've been to Disneyland and Universal Studios that had long queues all day but none of them had a consistently long and slow waiting times. What made the waiting worse was the really bad design of the waiting areas that did not even build my excitement, had horribly loud music at some of them and worse... the operators in some kept making announcements over the speakers as if we were in some kind of train station. Thank goodness I have with me noise cancelling Airpods, otherwise I would have had an anxiety issue. Some kids and teenagers were sitting and even lying on the floor, obnoxious to others around them. I was particularly concerned at the Velociraptor ride, where I did not see proper emergency exits along this winding corridor. Really bad behavior from many visitors who unashamedly skipped the queue and disrupted whatever order was left. At one ride, children climbed over the railing and started playing with the displays while their parents looked on. Such lack of discipline was shameful to see in Dubai and yet none of the staff were there. In fact that's one thing I noticed all throughout the park. The only places where we saw staff were at the entrance and at the actual rides, giving some people free rein to destroy the property (you can see graffiti scratched on the walls, water bottles and plastic thrown everywhere, etc) in the waiting areas. The one restaurant I went to had empty trays, food containers, bits of food and water bottles everywhere. I was shocked. This was the first theme park where there were, other than an African drumming group, there were no interactive performers or even a superhero impersonator. Food and drinks are not that expensive. The coffee shop staff were amazing and the choco-chip cookie was very good. I didn't dare look for other things to eat because the setup was not particularly appealing to me.

Great day out of the heat
Great day out of the sun in Dubia Very clean and well maintained theme park. The day we visited it was very quiet and we got on every ride without queuing, which was amazing. All the rides were good and easy to walk around and find everything. food and drinks weren't over priced as you'd expect. We bought tickets once we arrived in Dubia and got them cheaper than if we had pre-bought in the UK. Park is probably more for young teenagers than older teenagers. Got a taxi there and plenty of taxis waiting when we left.

    Very fun place
I recently visited IMG World of Adventures and had a blast, It was a fun experience, especially with friends, and the park is very family-oriented. The variety of themed zones and rides caters to all ages, making it an ideal destination for both kids and adults. The only drawback was that some attractions had longer wait times outside of the less crowded hours. Overall, it was a fantastic day out and I would highly recommend it for a fun, family-friendly adventure.

Very expensive, with disinterested staff who are undertrained. Queue jumping is tolerated as is place holding. We tried to object to 10 people pushing in ahead of us where their friend was holding a place and the staff member just did not even respond. This made wait times for rides much longer (well for us non- queue jumpers), and it was really frustrating to see the same groups be able to just push their way in ride after ride and it be tolerated. Also, not all attractions were open , with no notice or signage - just closed. daughter was just over the line for height at 125.5cm and was told once she had waited in line that she needed to be "a bit more" over the line, but not told how much, just that she had to be "more over", and was refused to ride. If that was the case, why not make the minimum height 130cm? So, she was not able to ride, but then we saw other kids with the big groups who were shorter then her just sail in without being measured. We will never go back here as it was not value for money and staff were rude and tolerated bad behaviour from people which meant that others were disadvantaged

I was in shock and disappointed so deeply that a huge park like this cannot provide any dairy free options/healthy food/snack for adults and kids while you cannot take your own food/drink in it.
They ask for a high price for entrance and there is no option for food/drink for kids with food allergy or intolerance.
When you can buy a simple soy/coconut/rice milk in ever supermarket, or you can buy a fruit smootie anywhere, here there is NOTHING!
Management, think it over please!

This park failed to impress us. Many rides were closed. At 2 pm in the afternoon ,many rides were being tested in front of us. The park had very less visitors.

Indoor park certainly protects the visitors from heat but somewhere the liveliness of park is lost in the Indoor closed concept.

Food was available in very limited options and was very very highly priced.

Rides are not very interesting and suit young age children only. The interiors of the park are dark with very less lighting which impacts photo graphs also.

Not found it worth the ticket price.

Booked a uae resident offer. Unlimited rides for 2 for 350aed. My 6 year old child was restricted due to height to go on many of the rides. The smaller rides were limited and boring. The space is small and I would not return as it is poor value for money. Motiongate is far superior and more compatible for younger kids. The employees are generally competent but I had a very bad experience with a lady called “sana” who requested I leave the ride because my son and I had already taken the ride twice even though we had unlimited ticket and there was no one waiting for the ride. She threatened to call the team leader which she never did and I never left as it was the only ride my son was able to go on and enjoy. People were walking around with masks on their chins and were not reprimanded by the staff. Rides were not being adequately sanitized. Restaurants, however, were clean and staff were taking correct health and safety measures. Ultimately, don’t waste your time and money. Really boring and disappointing experience

We are huge Motiongate fans and that theme park never fails to impress. But since KFC had free entry promo to IMG, we gave it a shot. The option we took was pay-as-you-go rides but somehow found the attractions not very impressive in terms of experience and visuals. We tried the Forbidden Territory ride in the Lost Valley zone as well as the Ride of OOO in Cartoon Network but decided we've had enough and left just after 3hrs. Dining is also quite expensive for the kind of food you get. Nonetheless thanks to KFC for letting us experience this place. One visit is enough. Motiongate still leads the game.

This is one the best theme parks in Dubai. It starts of very empty at the beginning of the day but the park fills up very quickly making the popular attractions queue time too long.my favorite ride was the Spider-Man roller coaster. It is faster than it looks. When you go to Dubai it is a must visit place but arrive when it opens to avoid long queue times

Bought tickets online and got them immediately via email and WhatsApp. No need to queue at ticket office just went straight through the turnstiles. Didn't know what to expect from the park but rides were great. We hadn't bought fast track passes and the big downside was the inefficient loading/unloading of rides, and lack of any system re fast track vs non-fast track riders. Eg on Velociraptor we got to the front of the non fast track queue and then waited while 4(!!!) full rides of fast track riders went on. I understand that there is priority for fast track but even at the big parks in the US they let a proportion of non fast pass riders on each ride. Also no direction for riders loading onto rides eg where to sit which meant a lot of shuffling around and lots of empty seats when rides did go. I think a lot could be learned from Disney/Universal ride management - more riders through = happier customers and more repeat business! It's a win win. We arrived at park opening time and managed to get round all the “big” rides with a fair amount of queuing however missed out on some of the 3D/4D rides as queues were really long. Overall for our short visit we had a good time and would probably visit again.
