Neighborhood: Downtown Dubai
You can’t fail to miss Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai’s crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world’s tallest building, but the world’s largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children’s play areas. Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy a lunch or dinner watch the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment.

Don’t go in.

Think I pulled a muscle in my jaw from screaming so loudly.
Would like to be able to comment on the great attention to detail in each room and the individual actors but to be perfectly honest I was so petrified I couldn’t look.

If you do go in - don’t go last.

I was visiting Dubai Mall with my family when I saw a signboard which couldn't be left without catching my attention. I'm a thrill hunter therefore I had to enter this facility. My family and friends are always too afraid, so I take the lonely path for all the scary attractions. However, most of the time there are other people, strangers entering together. This time I was truly all alone.

It was the first time I really got scared.
The first time something chased me.
And the first time I screamed.

The experience was incredible. For being just a tiny attraction in a shopping Mall it was spacy and had built-in quite a few rooms. Not only objects, walls, and the floor was interactive but also it featured actors following every step I took. I went out of this spooky maze stunned by how well it is made and thought through. It took me a couple of minutes to be able to open my mouth and tell my family how awesome it was. But when I could speak I couldn't stop talking. To this day I am reliving this experience in my head.

Visited this attraction with my wife a few weeks ago. Our two sons decided to wait outside haha.

I’ll start by saying we have done a few scare attractions over the years so feel qualified enough to be credible. From the one at Blackpool and other closer-to-home attractions (Spooky World, Scare Kingdom etc) to even ones abroad like the one at Subway Lagoon in Kuala Lumpur, we have been to a few.

The attraction itself was ok. A few jump scares and creepy scenery not not on a par with others. It was also all over and done with in ten minutes which for around £50 GBP for the two of us, left us feeling a little short changed. I appreciate its Dubai and I appreciate the places, especially given its location, will have big overheads not least in terms of location but staffing etc.

If you want to escape the shopping and spend 10-15 minutes doing something different, then sure. But I wouldn’t make a deliberate effort to do so.

At first, we were skeptical, that this place is for kids and that it can't scare us.
Once we get there, we changed our minds immediately. The atmosphere was really scary and it leaves goosebumps in every room we enter. Details in each place are just WOW.
It's a must-try if you want to try something new & seeking quick adrenaline. We had "fun" :D

So we came here because of the go city dubai pass. We just thought since we were in the mall why not. Boy were we wrong. Super scary and we love haunted houses. One thing they do take your things and put them away. But seriously this was definitely worth it if you want a good scare. Glad it was part of the pass because would have never gone and it was one if our favorite parts.
