Ute Kostle, owner of Konzept Arabia made Dubai come alive for us! Her City Tour is a must-do! Private car and fabulous driver, easy walking through textile and gold souks, ferry across Dubai Creek, all the historic and new sites with great background information, ending at Burg Khalifa and the fabulous light show. Ute has this love and energy regarding Dubai. It’s contagious and we can’t wait to return. We recommend Ute Kostle without hesitation. You’re in great hands. Relax and have a super time.

This experience was amazing. The hotel is simply fantastic. You get two drinks - wine, beer or cocktails and a snack meal. Staff is excellent. Can’t think of a better way to spend an evening in Dubai.

Aladdin (our magical tour guide ) and driver were absolutely wonderful. They met us at the arranged time & place and off we went . We got excellent information on all aspects of Dubai . Saw every major place and had ample time to enjoy each . Our favorite was the boat ride across the creek and the spice & gold souks. Aladdin had our time slot for 8 pm to go to the top of the Burj Khalifia and made sure to explain where to check in our back packs . He was very thorough and accommodating. I am so glad we booked this for specific tour . A large group would have been a nightmare . This was perfect and personal and exactly what we hoped for !!

A 7 Star Cocktail Bar in the worlds most iconic 7 star hotel. You have to book in advance. It was much more intimate than I expected. Only a few tables looking out on a stunning view. Not as expensive as I expected. Great nibbles. Unusually scientific cocktails each unique flavour explained in detail by passionate waiters, experts in the field of cocktails. Once in a lifetime (hopefully more than once). Glad I wore a suit.

I have been to the sky bar many times over the years for the fantastic display or over the top cocktails and large selection of drinks but this year it was all an anti climax.
The all singing all dancing cocktails that made the drinks come alive were gone… the journey through the menu to try different new ideas was gone…. It has went from a must go wonderful experience to a basic menu and extremely underwhelming experience.
Considering the price you pay in the place you would expect that special touch but it was all very disappointing

Our guide was at the port to pick us up for our tour of Dubai, He checked with us what we wanted to see and planned the best way to see it all.I had a bad cough and sore throat so when we at the spice market he took me to a place where they gave me an inhalant to clear my head, no charge. I wish I had bought some as very good. . The guide just going a bit extra. When we had visited the places on list he took us to burj khalifa . He made sure we knew had to get back to the port as once we went up the tower the tour was over. He stayed to make sure we did get into the tower and then left. Going up the Burj Khalifa was fantactic and even though it was not the clearest of days the views were great and was well worth the cost and time. The time queuing was only 30 mins not as bad as I thouget isn't would be, so had time to see the aqarium aswell. A brilliant way to see as much as possible when you have a short time in a place.. excellent guide aswell

What a place to visit super people, places to see ., it is very clean, restaurants are super places to eat, would not have missed our visits we have been twice , and would look forward to going again

I recently had a 2 day tour booked with Ute, in Dubai and as I was so impressed with her, I extended my tour by one day. Ute could not have been a more knowledgeable, fun, easy person to be with. She showed me so much of Dubai, Abu Dhabi & Sharjah and imparted her extensive knowledge about each place.
Ute's vehicle was impeccable, and as a nervous passenger, I felt absolutely safe and relaxed. I would highly recommend Ute to anybody planning a private tour in Dubai and surrounds.
