If you go to Gold and Diamond park you will notice Cara shops are the busiest by far, and with good reason! We were looking for an amazing gift for my mum's birthday, went in with no idea what to go for and came out with an incredible ring that met my budget and looked fab! My father also went there and got a great bracelet. We were both assisted by Rahul Gor who made usre we were comfortable, was very knowledgeable and patient, and best of all made an effort to do a good price! We have been coming to Dubai for 20 years and Cara is always a must for our trip.
The staff and drivers are first class and are so honest we will never go elsewhere as the quality of the jewellery is first class at great prices.
I had a diamond bezel added to my Rolex and they did a great job and my wife lived the diamond and sapphire earrings.

Another visit to Cara - another exceptional experience with jewellery manufactured to our designs (even with last minute changes).

Having purchased two rings here before we returned to browse for other items of jewellery for my wife.
I can thoroughly recommend ‘Cara’ which is where we been a couple of years ago. On this occasion we didn’t make a purchase but having shown the gentleman behind the counter my wife’s two rings he insisted that he would have them cleaned. My daughter in Law was with us (she had recommended ‘Cara’) and he took her rings for cleaning as well.
Now that’s what I call service.

Recommend this for a stunning platinum wedding rings for me and my husband. They also clean and polish your jewelry here for free. If you have jewelry for resizing for free this is my go to place. Bad customer service. You can literally see them choosing who to assist. They will say their sales people are busy but when someone they like comes in they assist them right away. I used to buy a lot here but after my recent experience, I am NOT coming back here anymore.

Great experience from start to finish went in on the Wednesday when we arrived was served by Karan who was so helpful didn’t havethe ring I wanted Karan said they could make it and have it ready for Sunday. After we had finished a driver dropped us off at the mall. Picked up by Cara’s driver on Sunday from our hotel and taken back to the shop to pick up my ring. Shop was very busy but still got great service from Karan ring was perfect. Thoroughly recommend If you are looking for any jewellery. We are back to Dubai in September definitely be making another visit to Cara .

I’d like to thank everyone at Cara for helping my fiancée and I to choose the most stunning engagement ring. In particular a big thank you to Lalit who was able to have the ring made in such short time and have it delivered to my hotel just in time for the proposal. These guys are amazing!

Returned to Caras for the 4th time.
I wanted to have my original ring redesigned.
Also had some of my mums rings I wanted changing to white gold and redesigned.
Punit was the guy that took me under his wing and helped me with my requirements.
There is never ever any pressure from these guys, they genuinely want to do the best by you.
Punit was very knowledgeable, he listened to what I wanted, got the designer to do a 3D impression of my ideal ring and advised me on the diamonds.
To say I was thrilled with my new ring is an understatement.
It’s absolutely stunning.
Also the ring I had from my mum looks modern and I can wear it now.
This company are the best.
Dont ever go anywhere else in Dubai.
They really can’t do enough for you.
They even sent their chauffeur out to my hotel so I could go and collect my jewellery.
Please ask for Punit, he is a really nice guy who goes above and beyond and knows his stuff!

Hi there, we are visiting Dubai for our honeymoon and I am looking to purchase an eternity ring. Do Cara cater for all budgets? Our budget is most likely very modest compared to many other customers, however I wanted to ask if it would still be worthwhile us visiting Cara?

Hello, I would say yes. Not knowing your budget obviously....but, the Cara store is huge. They dominate the Gold and Diamond outlet / mall space (forget the exact name for the place!). They don’t have 1 big store, they have lots of stores under the same roof so I’m sure they will be able to accommodate with something. If you’re not in a rush to buy, certainly worth pricing up at home, then looking in Dubai and making your mind up. I’ve purchased twice from Cara, and both times better value for money in comparison to the UK for comparable items. Enjoy!

I would echo the other comments made. We usually pay by card. They will also exchange items bought from them previously and give you the same credit as you paid as part payment for a new piece. Do haggle as you will always get a better price. As others have commented invariably the value you will get given in the UK is substantially higher than you will have paid. They will also made modifications (resizing rings etc) free of charge

Shopping centre is close by which will have bank or if rate is good in hotel exchange or give Cara a ring as they do except other money as just ask and if not acceptable ask them to bring you to a place to exchange your money. Better to pay in cash as you will get hit with their CC fee either 3 or 5 % which adds up. Make sure you barter as if they say 10,000 you say 4500 and then work to a common agreement as if they say our price is our price don't buy that as say you want to do a deal as I have got up ready to leave and then said wnat to speak with the boss and then he agreed after 40 mins on the price as would not budge. When you compare to back home they are about a 1/3 cheaper as bought two rings for my wife one 2ct and the other 3ct and the 2ct was the same price due to the diamond clarity as you will pay for the quality. I contacted them and they gave me an England address to send it to as they have someone who travels to and from Uk so only cost me £7-50 insured and next day signed for.

We are only there 2 nights but would like to make a purchase of a diamond ring, is there rings to purchase straight away or is everything made to order. I'm concerned we won't have enough time. okus how far away is the shop from The Palm? Do you have to pay cash? How can you be convinced the quality is true? Plus do you have to barter? If you contact Cara with details of where you are staying and the date and time you plan to visit their store they will offer a free taxi to take you to the store and also return you to your hotel if you require.

It's only about 10 minutes in a taxi, and cara brought us back to our hotel in a chauffeur driven car , which was an outstanding service
