Very nice shop, where they are selling 1 on 1 best aftermarket cartier and van cleef & arpel. They are made so good u cannot see difference with original. Mr Kiran was very helpfull showing me their inventory of fake cartier.

We bought a ring and bracelet. They were able to make one to order with the stone that we chose within 24 hrs. Pick up and sent back to the hotel by their car. In terms of service at the shop, the shop assistant was not keen to serve us. He looked as if he did not want to be there. I was pleased with the ring and said to him that we would like a bracelet to match He sighed and rolled his eyes and said they have to be made! I thought he would be glad to sell us another item! He then reluctantly looked around the shop for some bracelets! Not a pleasant nor courteous service! Took a long time to get the paperwork done. We left with beautiful ring and bracelet. We were able to claim from VAT as well at the airport when we left. We will get this valued when we get back, stay tuned!

Superb service from Cara jewellers. I had an idea of earrings that I wanted. I brought in the picture and two days later I had the most beautiful earrings made at great value. As a group of friends we got alot of pieces and everyone was really satisfied. My advice is know what you want before you go in as you will be completely overwhelmed by the amount of pieces and stores that they have!! They dropped and collected us from the hotel and cleaned our existing jewellery in the warehouse. As others have said there’s a reason why Cara is full all the time. Thanks to Raj for great service.

We have a very close relationship with Dubai and when we decided to get married we immediately knew we wanted to buy our rings in Dubai. We did some research in Germany and found CARA on the internet. When we arrived at Gold And Diamond Park we looked at various rings in other stores. At the very end we went to CARA. A member of staff smiled at us in a friendly manner and invited us to his table. We explained to him what rings we were imagining and after we had seen a few, he showed us OUR rings. We immediately fell in love with the beautiful white gold wedding rings and discussed in detail that the ring for me should have a stone and that both should be engraved on the inside. During the relaxed and more than friendly conversation we were treated to tea and coffee. Our finger ring sizes were measured precisely and we laughed and chatted as if we had known each other for a long time. Today our rings were brought to our hotel and I cried tears of joy. They are indescribably beautiful, fit perfectly and are in small, illuminated blue boxes. Fairytale-like. Thank you, Krunal Fatania, for everything! We will think of you at the wedding in October. The purchase couldn't have been better. It was worth flying to Dubai for that. Everything is perfect.

Best and most glamorous diamond and gold company in dubai. Huge name and place. Kaval was absolutely brilliant. Professional 10/10 5* service. He even got my wife's platinum ring and gold bangle polished. Gave us hot drinks and arranged taxi back to our hotel. Honestly the only shop you need to visit. No need to shop anywhere else !

Great service! Fair price! They have sent us a car to bring us from and to our hotel. They advised us when choosing and buying our jewellery, but never in a “pushy” way. Bespoke ring took only 3 days to finish. Personally we have been assisted very well by mister Bhavin K.

This is my 4th visit to Cara and as always I received a great service. Travelled with friends this time and we all purchased.
