Wonderful is all I can say good service from the travel desk staffs drivers and managers we and our family enjoyed a lot during our stay thanks star light Tourism team for making our trip a wonderful one and thanks for the memories

I have to say that Safari Desert organized by Star Light Tours was amazing experience, for me.

I wish I could give less then one star. The trip was awful. Me and my boyfriend did the desert safari. First they cancelled on us 10 min after they supposed to pick us up. We rebooked to the day after and they tried to scam us with a higher price. The driver (guide) was terrible and maybe sad 10 words in total to us. He did never explain how long we would be at a certain place or where we were going. A lot of stuff that claims to be included was not. The camel ride was a joke, it was a 1 minute ride. There was no shesha, the coffee run out, there was only soft drinks after 19 o clock. Really it was terrible. And there was no sand boarding either. The only light in the tunnel was when we had our 4x4 ride with a different chauffeur. Really don't go with this travel company!!!

We booked an evening safari tour for the end of our holiday (which was to celebrate my niece's 21st). The arrangements were all OK and efficient thanks to Kashif, and our pick up was confirmed by the driver on the day, a little later than suggested but this was not a problem. Alarm bells should have rung when the car arrived and we saw that all of the above head grab handles in the 4WD vehicle were either hanging off or missing - that was a good indication of what was to follow. The driver was racing the entire time, cutting across lanes and using his phone almost constantly whilst he was transporting a car full of us. He wasn't just making verbal calls either - he was typing and sending messages from his phone balanced on his knee. We were expecting a bumpy and thril;ling dune bump ride, but we were not expecting that experience to start from the time we entered the car for the journey out to the desert. The driver made no attempt to communicate with us (the only western guests in his car) the entire time, so we had no idea what we were doing or where we were going next. The whole evening was really badly organised. When the front nearside tyre almost came off during the dune bumps we were aware there was a problem but he did nothing to reassure us. He continued to drive erratically between all of the stops and when we finally arrived for food, it was a real disappointment and there was a lot of up-selling attempted. The quality of entertainment was OK, but the food was poor and we left feeling really underwhelmed. But worse was still to come when the driver dropped off all of his other guests around Dubai city, then started driving my niece and I back to our hotel (we were by then the only guests in the vehicle and 2 western females alone). He pulled into a petrol (gas station) and told us that his "brother" would take us back to our hotel, and that we needed to get into another car. We had no choice in the matter, and sensing that I was worried, he said don't worry he is taking you straight to your hotel now. We had no choice but to comply, however I tried not to show my niece how worried I was. In previous years I have done 2 Dubai safari tours which were far more professionally organised and presented. I truly regret ever booking my safari tour with Star Light Tours

Sorry, I don't have nothing good to say. Because I had booked a trip with my family. First the driver come a hour late,and he didn't look like he was sorry. he look the other side and said sorry very arrogant. Please if you don't respect people don't do his work. He also didn't say that the trip wasn't with tickets, maybe it was also my fault I didn't asked for it. He drove us every where only for pictures. And free thing that we could do. Sorry what kind of trip is that. I wanted to go inside. so I was pissed off. It ruined our vacation. It's was wast of our money. I hope they choose people that work honestly and they learn of this review. People pay for private tours or with groups. Please give them the experience that they would never forget than the company will grow also. If you are not honest, it will be a flop.

Tour guide was great and very knowledgeable about the area. Didn’t do the sand bash because of bad neck but other guest enjoyed. The camp for dinner and entertainment needed a revamp. Entertainment was ok and meal was ok.

Promptly collected as arranged, the driver even called to let us know the time he would arrive. Very organised. The driver stopped for photo opportunities and dune bashing was Fab! He was very clear about how everything worked. On our way to the camp for the night he even pulled over for the sunset as he was amazed by it too. Very lovely setting and food was fantastic. Would definitely recommend to friends and family coming out to Dubai. Made for a great end to the holiday.

I came to Dubai this year January with my wife and 2 kids we stayed at royal continental hotel there was a starlight travel desk in that travel desk staff Mr.Isaac was so helpful he made us sure our stay there was happy and a entertaining one his way of approach and gesture was so kind and pleasing thanks Isaac and star light tourism for a wonderful experience

Last month i visited dubai i stayed in omega hotel. There is a tour operator his name is shaqib khan.he suggested me for desert safari tour. Wow what a great experience. I want to thank mr shaqib khan and star light tour for provide me this magical safari tour.
