This ia a very interesting museum as it showcases all sorts of traditional musical instruments. There was also a live performance which was excellent. A great way to understand the local culture through its local music. Highly recommended.

It was very fantastic to visit this museum at Isfahan. The way all musical instruments were settled was intresting.they were sorted by the region they're played for instance Khorasan, Kordesstan, Lorestan, South of Iran and etc. I saw a big black percussion it was so mistrious.our tour guide said it was used at rigions like Bandar Bushehr or Bandar Abbas to call jinnis. Also it has a part that they make musical instruments. I really enjoy it.

This is a great place to learn about Persian music and instruments. Not only do you see a variety of ancient instruments but you see how they are made and then get to enjoy an amazing performance using them. The tour guide was knowledgeable and also a very talented artist. The other artists were fabulous and played and sung beautifully. This is a museum you don't want to miss
