Salam,

I’m already back safely in Singapore after spending 17 days in Iran from 24 December till 9 January.

Good service provided by Termeh Travel 10/10 in terms of service. Speedy response by Shahab and Erfan Salehi.

I started from Esfahan followed by Qeshm / Hormuz, Shiraz, Yazd, Kerman / Lut Desert, Tehran / Tochal, Rasht, Tabriz and back to Esfahan for our flight back to Dubai.

I feel that all the guides are good and they don’t actually treat us as tourist but as guests with an open hearted and sincere to show their hometown.

For example like Moji in Shiraz when he brought us to the ice cream shop, when it comes to payment, my dad actually wanted to pay, but he insisted as he said that we are his guests. It actually touched our hearts. For mansour in Lut desert, for like Kaluts we had to climb up. Despite my parents had difficulties in climbing up, Mansour actually went down the Kalut to give a hand to my parents to help them up and experience the Kalut from top view. I guess if you guys would love to learn to ski, Erfan and Morris you guys should find. When comes to photography and to find good saffron, Ehsan in esfahan is the man. Mustafa and Amir in qeshm are very friendly and patient. If you guys want to find good handmade leather and good spots where local love to hangout, Assad in Tabriz is the man! We always have bad impression about Iran, but after our tour with Mersa at the holy defense museum, we got a better picture and from all the great hospitality by Iranians, it opens my mind that though we might come from different sects of Islam, the Shi’a of Iran are not as bad as what is usually being portrayed.

We wish we could give them more, but if they would to come Singapore, they would be our guests 👍

Apart from that, all hotels were up to what we paid for. Of course the more we paid the better it is. We got what we paid for. I really miss Ghasr monshi Esfahan and Zandiyeh in Shiraz. Others are not bad as mostly we are there for like one night stay which we felt we do not need that luxury that much as it was more to ‘just stay there to sleep’ kind. I actually recommend pamchal hotel in Tehran and azadi hotel in Tabriz 👍

We used Termeh Travel for two half day tours of Maharlu Lake and Persepolis in Shiraz. Termeh was recommended by a friend of mine and confirmed through another source. Our guide for the two days was the highlight of our two weeks in Iran. He was so knowledgeable and brought so much insight and history to the period that the time flew by. We learned about the people and politics of the time.

We did an Isfahan tour with Termeh. Even though I had been to this area on my previous 2 visits, our guide took us on a path I had never been. The guide - sorry I forgot his name - was very knowledgeable about the city and very funny. He even gave us tons of recommendations about our stay in general.
Cant recommend this agency more.

I reached out to Termeh Travels to get help booking bus tickets during the busy Nowruz season. Shahab very patiently booked tickets for me between the different cities I was traveling to and promptly answered any questions I had-even those that were outside the scope of my request . Working with Termeh travels definitely made my trip much less stressful and I would highly recommend them for any questions one may have regarding travels in Iran.

I didn't do any tours with Termeh Travel but I had a great experience applying for Visa grant notice (€20) and purchasing travel insurance (€20) with them. I initially applied for the Visa myself via MFA but read some articles online that said it could take a longer time to get a response as an individual applicant. I'm not sure if that is true, but since I had only two weeks before my flight, I didn't want to take the risk. I ended up cancelling my initial application and letting Termeh Travel apply for me. I was told the verifying process could take 10-12 days due to Covid, but I got mine in 5 days.

Big shoutout to Shahab who helped me sort these out when I decided to travel to Iran on a whim! Travelling solo without a plan on short notice got me stressed a little, but Shahab really eased my stress with his prompt and honest reply.

He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He answered my one million repeating questions that were not even a part of the service. Due to my change of plan, I didn't manage to meet Shahab during my trip, but I'm looking forward to returning to Iran again in the future and hope to finally meet Shahab in person :)

Take care and keep up the good work, Shahab. I wish you and everyone else in Termeh Travel all the best moving forward!

Termeh Travel exceeded our expectations! As Canadians, we were initially hesitant about Iran, but Termeh Travel made the entire experience seamless and unforgettable. Our guide, Reza, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, sharing fascinating insights into Iranian culture and history. The itinerary was created masterfully by Erfan and Shahab was perfectly balanced, showcasing the best of Iran. We highly recommend Termeh Travel for a fantastic journey through this incredible country. 5/5 indeed.

We had a wonderful tour with Termeh Travel. They pretty much organized everything for us, including visa, Sim and credit card, transportation, etc…
Erfan and Shahab are awesome people, always available and very helpful and friendly whenever we had any questions.
We loved the tour and would totally recommend it to anyone who wanted to book a trip to Iran and doesn’t want the hassle to book everything by themselves.
As we are talking of a start-up in Iran, don’t be surprised by the (for „western“ standards) strange paying options. Don‘t forget there are tons of sanctions for Iran! And don’t worry, for us it went all perfectly well
