Majid went above and beyond during my visit to Iran. Due to conditions that were out of our control like weather, he was able to pivot and still deliver an unforgettable experience. Not only did he show me areas of the country most people don’t get to see, he explained so clearly the significance and cultural aspects. Not only did he take me around sight seeing, he personally saw to it that I was picked up from the airport and dropped back off safely, even if that meant driving late into the night. His professionalism and safety awareness are only overshadowed by his kindness and passion of the outdoors. He also went out of his way to make sure . His passion, his contagious humor, great attitude, love for the outdoors, and his depth of knowledge and eagerness to go above and beyond shows in his work that he takes great pride in. I wouldn’t recommend any other guide, and I hope to come back soon and explore more of Iran with my new friend.

I had Majid as a guide/driver to take me to a remote mountain village 6 hours away from Isfahan. He provided excellent service, didn’t complain about the extended hours and ensured that I achieved what I had set out to do. I work find him honest and trustworthy. I will use him again if I go to Iran.

We had a great travel experience with Majid through the south of Iran. He’s a very nice guide, patient, well experienced and knows a lot about all of the places we visited. Besides that he is a great driver, we had a real good time with Majid. Definitely recommend for everybody!

we have been in Iran last August for the 5th year and for the second year with Mr. Majid Orafa by Persia Explorer.
He is a very professional guide and the difference with other guides is that he doesn't loose any time and keep all the day until night to make happy and satisfied travellers.He knows very well deserts and old villages to discover the real Iran, a part from big cities

I strongly recommend using Persian Adventures and Majid on your trip to Isfahan! With a professional and well-versed (especially in Ecotourism) guide my family managed to see in three days most of the attractions in Isfahan. If Majid tells you about a trip on the dessert or the salt lake, just say YES. At least for me it was an one-time experience that I will never forget. Moreover, I firmly believe that you will like it more than any other attraction in Isfahan.

We took a trip with Majid to the desert and Varzaneh. He was very reliable, absolutely professional and had to offer an amazing variety of tour events as well as knowledge about the country, astronomy and tourism in Iran. We enjoyed the Sand dunes, local attractions and a desert barbecue. All the time he gave us time and space to experience our surroundings. I absolutely recommend booking a tour with him!

Orafa is an excellent tour guide, with a lot of knowledge about Iran. It is easy to notice his long experience traveling around the country. We went for a desert tour in Varzaneh and he made our trip more special. We camped in the desert after having a delicious dinner cooked on a bonfire and under the stars. Orafa is a great astrophotographer and we could learn about constellations and photography. He actually took some pictures we will keep forever. Thank you for the experience :)

Thank you Majid! We had an amazing experience in the desert with Persia Explorer!
Majid has soo much knowledge about the desert and he showed us some unique and amazing places! We took the astronomy tour and he provided a great telescope for us and the look at the sky was incredible!

We had a 3 days desert tour with Majid. The scenery was just great. Majid is a professional English speaking guide. Very reliable and he takes very good care of you! He is really a deep expert of Iran and beside the culture he leads you into the knowledge of the country. Highly recommended.
