Excellent library, well worth a visit. There is also a book swop , raising money for books for local children. You pay 20,000 kip, about 50p!, and swop a book in good condition for another book of your choice. Great idea!

Well, like many a library, also this one - free admission - is a perfect place to have a look around and study various books in many different languages.

I love books and believe that everyone should get an opportunity to learn. Was delighted to be able to buy a few books for the local schools. Great small library.

This is such a sweet library offering books in Laos, French and English. There is a program that you can buy a book to donate to village children. For about $2.00 US, you can purchase a book for a book bag, when it is filled,...More

A small but good quality selection of English (and some other European language) books. Can trade (swap) books for 20,000 Kip each which goes to support local children.

Unassuming library in a large colonial building. Inside you can choose books you would like to donate. Some books have better grammar than others but they are all good.

I’m sure any books would be much appreciated. It’s a small library; they don’t have much stock in general. The books in English for the little ones would be a great learning opportunity; I saw books for them in Laotian.
