Great place to see the locals farmers doing their business. Amazing range of food from fish,ant eggs ,rats and vegetables. If you have a weak stomach it may not be a great place.

This is pretty average and I don’t understand the fascination Chinese tourists have with it as they have the same markets at home! The fruit and vegetables looked great; the familiar meats looked alright; the unfamiliar, sorry, thanks but no thanks!

we were there about half past eight and it was just the ordinary local people shopping. I hadn't heard about the monks coming here.
