Having been to 4 different areas of Laos, this is by far the best of the night market. Yes they do try and start the prices high but it is easy to get a reasonable price. Do not miss the street food down a side...More

Passed through this market a couple of nights with my wife. We weren't doing any shopping (apart from 2 pairs of shorts that cost us 54,000kip) but the atmosphere was great, the place is bustling with activity and full of colour with vendors selling clothes,...More

Nice market on the fenced off main street. Well accessible and easy to walk. Unfortunatly the goods for sales are all more or less the same, taking away the unexpected discovery and super bargain. Sell imported gadgets as well

I went Night Market in Luang Prabang. It is centrally located on the main road . Plenty choice of local color to be found in Laos clothing and jewelry, art-work, handicrafts, carvings etc.... but seems typical night market in other S.E countries

There's plenty to see, touch and buy. Bargain, bargain, bargain. That's the excitement of night markets, especially when both sides are satisfied.
