It's an amazing place to spend a day . It's quite cheap to visit and you only play 180 rupees which includes everything you can visit inside it except boting , you have to pay 50 rupees more for 10 mins round . Overall, it is a good place.

Not that great, just a place for those who like to view marine related equipment. Covering a great area with gardens and sitting place. The food is average too.

Karachi has big population center with very low recreational activities. We need more places such as these for people to enjoy weekend with young children.
Dolphin Show has entered in it 3rd Season, and this time we were able to go with my young one. With Russian instructors they have a pair of sea otters, whale Beluga and pair of Dolphins. All these animals are involved in various acrobatic activities which was pleasure to watch.
If you have a young one, please do visit. Your children will love it.

A must visit once place. Take a day off and spend here to learn some valuable lessons from history of Arabian Sea.
From Mohammad Bin Qasim's expedition to war of 1965, a lot has been illustrated visually.
You'll also get chance to enter a retired submarine and a bomber place. Tickets are dirt cheap, and there are double options. But you shouldn't bring food with you.
Dolphin show is occasional, but a definite plus.

Went to the maritime museum.
Entrance ticket was 50 rupees for adult and 25 rupees for children.
There is not a lot of stuff to do inside.
I would recommend you start off by visiting the museum. It's a 2 floor museum with a giant ship on the basement floor and a skeleton of a blue whale on the 1st floor areas. A lot of stuff is present to take pictures with. After you are done with that you can pay a visit to the airplane. Each ticket will cost you 10 rupees. You can get to sit inside the plane with a small documentary playing. The rest of the park has two submarines. A smaller one which is not much to see and a larger one that will again cost you. It was closed for maintainance around the time I went there so cant really say what was inside. The rest of the park has monuments. Overall it's pretty clean. There is a BBQ place closeby and another area called sea world which is generally closed apart from special attraction shows like the dolphin show which usually happens sometime during the year. It's not a bad place to pay a visit if you visiting karachi.
Have fun.
