I used Indus Holidays Tours for 20 days and was very impressed by the service. The dedication to tailoring an itinerary that maximized time and assistance with getting a Pakistani visa was remarkable. Mr. Shahid and Mr. Ghulam displayed a strong dedication to meeting the customer needs and made changes as needed (Pakistan was experiencing record rainstorms at the time) to show the best of Pakistan within available time. Their regional and local knowledge and connections made an itinerary of visiting historical and cultural sites that I could not have accomplished solo.

As a former tour guide I can be very scrupulous of tour guides but Mr. Shahid and Mr. Ghulam are some of the best tour guides that I have worked with. Their selection of local guides at various locations visited was also very impressive as some of the local guides possessed a scholarly level historical knowledge. Arranging accommodation and transportation within budget and time limits also made for a pleasant and hassle free experience. I highly recommend Indus Holiday Tours if you want to visit Pakistan and get the most from your stay.

I travelled to Pakistan as a female alone at the end of June/beginning July 2023 and I was happy because I was very late with my planning but Indus Holidays assisted me very quickly with the visa process and I received the visa two days before departure. My trip started in a beautiful hotel (Faletti’s hotel) in Lahore (visit of Lahore Fort, Badshahi Mosque, Jahangir Tomb, Old City, Wahga Border), continued to Islamabad (visit of Pakistan Monument and Faisal Mosque) and Naran Valley and ended in Hunza in the Northern region of Pakistan. On our way back, I also got to see Taxila and the Sirkap City remains and the Dharmarajika Stupa.

Although I had only one week time (which is short for Pakistan), Indus Holidays managed to plan the perfect organization and I was able to make the best out of the short time. The ‘OMG Tour Guide’ and Driver took perfectly care of me and my wishes and made sure that everything was to my complete satisfaction. In one week, I was able to acquire great knowledge about Pakistan’s rich history and its diverse cultural heritage (it’s impressive!).

I loved every minute of the trip and am still in awe with the beauty of Pakistan – the landscape is so diverse and I was absolutely fascinated driving through the Hindukush, Himalaya and Karakoram mountain ranges. The weather in the north was very pleasant in the summer and the mountains around Hunza breathtakingly or otherworldly beautiful.

From my experience I can say that Pakistan is an absolutely tourist-friendly country and very service-oriented and offers a great hospitality. People everywhere are very respectful, sweet and kind and curious to meet foreigners. I felt very safe all the time and definitely plan to come back again to explore the south😊

I used Indus Holidays for a tour that covered Peshawar and Lahore. The company's professionalism was evident from the start - planning the trip was easy. Shahid (the company owner) was very responsive and flexible in planning the tour, especially when I had to reschedule several times due to covid. The fully-customized tour included a tour and hotel in Peshawar, transportation to Lahore (including a stop at the historic city of Taxila), and tours and hotel in Lahore (including the Wagah border ceremony). The tours and guides were engaging and interesting. Shahid listened to all my preferences and customized the tour accordingly. All aspects of the trip went smoothly, and the driver and car were also great. The tour gave me a great perspective on this fascinating country, and I recommend this company for anyone looking to do any sort of tour in Lahore and throughout Pakistan.

We enjoyed Lahore and Pakistan. That was our first experience in Pakistan and we didn't know what to expect. Our experience was very much higher than our expectations. We had a guided tour that was perfectly arranged and scheduled. The guide was on time, very attentive, very knowledgeable and full of funny stories. He opened Pakistan and Lahore for us. Thank you, Nawaz. We do appreciate service, guidance, safe driving and perfect schedule. We do recommend everyone visiting this interesting country, not being scared, afraid or sceptic. You will enjoy it. For sure.

I spend 9 days in Pakistan during Xmas time 2023 and everything was well taken care by Indus Holidays. I got my ETA surprisingly quick, in two days, as I had all the attachments ready from the company. Indus Holidays had made me a tour from Karachi to Lahore according to my wishes and it included several main sights along the route.

My travel guide Asif and the driver A. (sorry, forgot his name) took me from Karachi to Lahore via Thatta, Hyderabad, Bhit Shah, Sehwan, Larkana, Mohenjo-Daro, Sukkur, Uch Sharif, Bahawalpur and Multan. In Lahore guide Asif handed me over to Shahid who took care of the last days.

I need to express my deepest gratitude to Indus Holidays. They organized everything according my wishes and guide Asif (OMG) had so many entertaining and educative stories and historical facts. The skilful driver A. did his task safe and secure and I was happy to be finally accompanied by Shahid during the last days and he showed the professionalism behind the Indus Holidays.

I used Indus Holidays for my tour from Lahore to Peshawar. Shahid was completely professional. I was picked up from my hotel. We first had to go to Lahore airport to meet my travelling companion, who as it turned out had missed the flight. Shahid eventually was able to confirm that my friend was a no-show. This put our tour back by a couple of hours, which meant that we couldn't visit a couple of places of interest. Shahid modified our programme to take in other places.

The guide that Shahid organised in Peshawar was experience & professional. He had a great knowledge of the history & culture of the region. We visited Thakt-i-Bhai, Peshwar Musuem, Peshawar Mosque, Taxila Museum & the buddhist monastery ruins.

I really liked that Shahid, as part of the tour cost, paid for all entry fees & lunchtime meals. In the Peshawar Bazaar I was treated to the best BBQ lamb I have ever eaten. It was amazing.

I had a great 3 days & would recommend his group for a great tour

I'm a travel consultant from the US and reached out to Shahid Yousaf a few years ago, he was very professional, kind and knowledgeable stressing the importance of security for his clients. The first booking with him was a single lady traveling alone naturally I needed a tour company/guide I trusted and found the perfect fit with Shahid. My client was in Pakistan for 4 days, Shahid was by her side the entire time not only showing her his beloved city of Lahore but the countryside as well. He even took her home to have lunch with his family one day, an experience she will cherish forever. Then I sent a couple who spent 5 days in this amazing country, they were world travelers. They said the food was delicious, the people friendly and lovely to be around. Both my clients rated their experience a 5 Star. Thank you Shahid for taking such good care of my valued clients.

We recently had the opportunity for a short, yet lovely tour of Pakistan and we were very fortunate to have Mr. Shahid Yosef as our travel guide. We had a excellent experience. Mr. Shahid was always very professions, prompt, organized, considerate of our individual travel needs and we always felt very safe with him. He also assisted our communications along the way with the organizations that we were going to meet with. Besides the logical parts of the trip, Shahid is a very nice and thoughtful person, speaks fluent English, is very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Pakistan and is very willing to share his information. We hope to return to Pakistan at sometime to see the rest of the beautiful country and hope that he will be available to assist us.

As this was my first visit to Pakistan, I was a little concerned about security/kidnapping after reading many articles related to travel in Pakistan. Normally I would explore the city by myself using Uber and public transportation. But this time I decided to book a private tour. I'm happy that I picked Indus Holidays. Driver Omar, Tour guide Shahid Yousaf, and Azhar Hameed showed me Lahore fort, Vegetables and Fruit Market (wholesale), Walled city of Lahore, Emperor Jahangir’s Tomb, Wahga border (Pakistan-India border closing ceremony: best part of the tour). Clean and well maintained car, knowledgeable guide, and flexible to my needs. I would definitely recommend Shahid's services to people visiting Lahore.

This is the 2nd time I’ve got in touch with Shahid to arrange a tour and he was very professional.
We visited Lahore and I can recommend Shahid very highly. Shahid is very knowledgable and flexible to accommodate any last minute requests!

We travelled as a family with three children and all my family enjoyed their visit. The weather in Feb was perfect . I highly recommend opting for the VIP protocol when visiting the Waga border. It’s well worth it.
We will be in touch with Mr Shahid again for our next tour to the Northern areas of Pakistan (Hunza)
