This is one of the best malls in Mandalay. The street shopping in the center of the mall is a novel concept. All major brands are represented here with a interesting food court. Do visit this mall when you are in Mandalay.

Yatanar Shopping Mall is quite new but already runned down. Almost every shop sell cheap quality Chinese products, bags and acrylic women’s clothing. Some so-called jewelry shops, where I wouldn’t buy as much as a small ring. A fake Uni Qlo shop in the middle...More

Ugly shopping mall with lots of cheap stores and almost no customers. If you pass coincidentally you can have a look at it, but don't make a targeted tour there. Fortunately we found at least three shirts for my boyfriend for little money, so the...More

Absolutely boring place, avoid. There are 5 or 6 levels and only 2 of them are open. It's not the mall, it's a market even with a fake Uniqlo store.

If you would like to shop like the locals do then visit this mall. It has a large variety under one roof. I was looking for kids clothes and most were imported from China

Diamond Plaza is quite lively with mostly overpriced local goods. Half of the building is actually empty and unoccupied. The locals see no reason to come and pay more for stuff they can get elsewhere for much cheaper prices. The supermarket at the basement is...More
