We initially met Diana on bus tour to the Danube Delta. After we were able to return to Constanta for the first time in almost 2 years, we wanted to enjoy her walking tour of the Constanta Peninsula.
Her knowledge of the area, the buildings and its history - from ancient to old to current - was wonderful to learn and she provided so much information about an area I’ve seen for nearly a decade, but didn’t know in depth.
I would highly recommend her to anyone who would love to know about the history of such a historic city.

We had an amazing walking tour with Diana. Even though we were the only participants Diana decided to take us on for a full tour through the city with loads of interesting details, anecdotes as well as hidden gems of the city. Diana has an incredible knowledge of Constanta and by taking the tour we really saw new dimensions of the city. In addition, she was very friendly and talkative, would truly recommend this tour!

I had a great sunset tour towards the city center of Constanta. Diana knows a lot about the history and explained everything very well. If you have a question, Diana has the answer!
I am very pleased to received a special and private tour by Diana. Diana was very flexible with the time and she welcome me in her city as we would know each other for a long time.
I am very impressed by her love to her hometown Constanta. She was the first sightseeing guide in Constanta and shows now also the citizen’s of Constanta their city, not only the tourists.
She became friends with a lot of people in the city. Everyone invites her and her sightseeing guests to see more than you could image - the doors are open everywhere with Diana!! That was amazing.
You wouldn’t enter without her…
Her passion to Constanta is reflected in a tattoo of her favorite buildings of Constanta on her arm.

I've been living in Constanta for 20+ years and yet I learnt new things about the city with Diana. We were with an international group who loved the stories behind the building, streets, etc. I would definitely go in a tour with Diana again because I am sure that she has a lot more to tell and show.

I highly recommend the tour to anyone who is interested in Constanta's architecture and art, and its evolution trough history. Diana is great at presenting formal history information mixing it up with some non-official stories that bring a special taste to the story .
Of course, the tour is really useful even for the regular tourist, connecting the charm of the sea with the fascination of the land and making the experience unforgettable.
You shouldn't miss the chance to meet Diana and her funny duck!

A tour of Constanta with Diana is like walking with a super well-informed friend. She presents her expertise through stories that make the city move back and forth in time , coming alive in each different period of history. Diana’s passion for architecture, archeology and community is contagious . I didn’t want the tour to end !
Diana also gave us loads of tips and links for further explorations - thank you !

I did the Constanta walking tour with Diana Slav yesterday. I read about it on Facebook, so I wrote here there and we arranged a meet-up. We started at 6 pm, so we enjoyed Constanta in the beautiful evening sun. It took about two hours and was just perfect. She showed me all the interesting places in Constanta's old town. Diana told me very much about the town's history and the different cultures living in Constanta or that used to live in Constanta. Also she pointed out a lot of interesting details about the city that you don't notice at first sight. She is a very kind woman, excited about history and does a wonderful job in giving you a tour through the city. I would definitely recommend it!

Constanta has more to show to the visitor than sea, beach and NeverSea. It has a 2500+ years old history. Diana was kind enough to share with us many secrets about love, war, art, religion. Her stories about history and architecture of the city are great and you can clearly see she really loves Tomis. If you don't know what/who Tomis was, you must meet Diana.
It was our second tour and we are already thinking about the third. Thank you, Diana!

My hotel called Diana at the last minute, so I was truly lucky that she was free to take me on. Diana is one of the best guides I’ve had, and that is no exaggeration. She not only has in depth, well researched knowledge about every historical site but she also knows intimate details about the past and the future of every beautiful house in the old city and every past and upcoming project concerning the area. This walking tour is undoubtedly the best way to start one’s stay in Constanța.

As I was used to Constanta being a beach destination, this tour showed me a totally different face of this beautiful city. It was a very pleasant walk along the city’s streets, with many photos of the nice Art Deco buildings. Diana was an amazing guide, passionate about the city, it’s history and architecture. Also, the tour can be versatile, according to what you want to know. For example, our’s was related to photography and the most interesting “angles” and views. You can count on the pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, bring your sunglasses and camera and enjoy the walk and the stories.
