A promenade in the Casino area is worth it. A historical building with a great air of mister. Unfortunately it is not open for visiting but the view is great

It is one of the places that you can visit in Constanta.You can walk and enjoy the view of the Black Sea.It is a nice place to go for a walk with children ,or with your partner.

Two security guards are there to turn you away. They were pleasant enough but it was disappointing nevertheless. I think there must be lots of masonry ready to fall down. Shame on the authorities for not restoring it.
