Constanta attracks people to come and see a famous Cazino. Pictures on the internet are beautiful, the reality is very sad. Old ruin waiting to be reconstructed. Considering how slow any improvement in Romania goes, maybe in ten, twenty years... :D

The area is very nice, you can see the best panoramas in the city. In the area you can reach a lot of restaurants and coffee shops.

It has a nice architecture and its well located in order to render good pictures but it's closed for a long time and without the maintenance it deserves.

Two security guards are there to turn you away. They were pleasant enough but it was disappointing nevertheless. I think there must be lots of masonry ready to fall down. Shame on the authorities for not restoring it.
