Basically, a lot of old things, with name tags. Not very informative and hardly any interaction except for the Stalin exhibit. That was better. Cheap enough to get in though. The view of the square is simply on the first floor up some stairs and...More

The Museum of History is located in this building and they even had an exhibit with photographs of one of their queens outdoors. There are lovely fountains nearby too. A great place to sit and watch the world go by.

The tower is much older than the building and actually used to be used as a watchtower for approaching barbarians. Today, the building houses a museum of history.

There is a general exhibition on history with sufficient English notes. Further on the second floor interesting exhibitions on recent historic topics, which were modern and nice to go around. Def worth a visit!

The city hall is in the town square and not a large building but has some exhibit going along and there is always lots of people around it in the evening. The black church is just a stones throw away from this.

The City Hall sits by the Council Square, close to the Black Church, and is one of the main focal points of the area. Nicely located, not too much to look at but not bad either. There's a history museum inside.

It's one of the buildings in the Council Square! Not one of the most attractive buildings in the centre, but adds to the character!

History museum inside the Old City Hall is a must see in Brasov. Ticket price is 7 lei (1.8 €) and you can see permanent exhibition and some other exhibition like Stalin City (Name of the city Brasov, for few years, was Stalin) or 1987...More

The City Hall was housing a fabulous historical display about Brasov under the Soviet occupation called Orașul Stalin. Well worth a visit and very well presented.
