My wife and I travelled across Europe by train to Romania to go bear watching to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We wanted to make this part of our trip special, and as I was unable to find a tour that matched our requirements I reached out to NeoTour. A custom private tour itinerary was proposed, and met our requirements perfectly - picking us up from Cluj, and giving us a chance to explore some incredible towns and villages, whilst learning about the history and culture of the places we were visiting on the way to our bear watching trip. Our guide Anne was exceptional, full of knowledge, which she skilfully imparted to us, without overwhelming us, but always with new information to share when we were ready. We also learned a lot about the more recent history of Romania, which we had observed from afar. We really wish we could have taken Anne with us for the rest of our trip, as she was a great companion and added so much to the things we saw. This part of holiday adventure was perfect, and will remain in our hearts and memories forever. Thank you!

Did a few tours with this company, a private tour was requested which involved a long drive to Corvin Castle and Deva Fortress, the driver was Cristian who was excellent driver with lots of information. Also did some Bear Watching with Robert Lazar has my guide which was also excellent, good day round st ana Lake , the smelly cave, a distillery and then onto Bear Watching at 5pm another Great Day. Also did a Great Hike with Radu to OMU Peak and the Sphinx is definitely worth a visit. I also paid up front for my trips so this company turned out to be someone you can trust. Will use again - 5 Stars

Just returned from a 6 days private tour in Transsylvania including: Bear whatching, Peles and Brand castles, Sighisoara, Brasov, mountainbiking and various hikes. The tour was very well planned by Andrea from our requests and our exceptional wonderful guide Anne guided us not only through the days but also through Romanian history and culture then and now. Thank's to everyone involved in making this tour so memorable to us and especially thank's to Anne for being such good company.

We went on a couple of bear watching tours from Brasov and this was by far the best experience. Robert was punctual and a wealth of knowledge. We met up with the ranger and after a safety talk, headed into the forest to the hide. There were 3 bears there when we arrived! It was amazing to watch their behaviours in their natural habitat! Altogether we saw 9 bears come and go. It was the highlight of our holiday. Afterwards George the ranger took the time to show us videos on his phone of a pack of wolves and Lynx in the area where we were after he put a camera up in the evening. Amazing! Highly recommend and we plan to return next year to do further bear watching trips!

We had a wonderful time with Ianka and Bogdan cycling in beautiful Braşov scenery.
The tour was challenging but if you are reasonably fit you can keep up.
The off road cycling was particularly fun and it was great to see some traditional Romanian villages.
We would definetly do this again.
Also de bikes offered were really good quality!

I can highly recommend this tour operator. Contrary to other operators you go with a guide providing very useful background information. Seeing the bears so close in their natural environment is a great experience I will remember.

We called one day before the trip and everything was comfortable and well managed. We were a couple with a little kid and we were very well informed about the pros and cons and had a full experience regarding wildlife and education for the kid (to be quiet, not smelly, respectful, etc)
Ten over ten. Driver, rangers and guides did an awesome work.
Timing and prices were great, there was a risk of overheating in the middle of the summer but they organised things for the evening at a fair price.
Good job, I would recommend this trip with this agency 100%

We’ve been picked up by Irina and her driver from the hotel , they were very punctually, kindly and told us a lot of things about Romania and of course about the bears. At the meeting point we waited for the ranger and the rest of the watching group ( our group has been 6 people ) the rest of the watching group has been abut 25 people . We’ve been instructed by the ranger and started our way to the watching point which is a very safe building with huge windows for observation . We were lucky to see and observe 3 big bears about 2 hours . Everything was safe at any time and we felt very comfortable . Thank you Irina for your good organization ! Susanne

I enjoyed a lot the guided bike tour. I got a very good professional moibtainbike and the operator was very helpful and flexible to arrange a perfect packe for me. I could experience a broad variety of Braşov‘s surrounding and can recommend this tour to anybody looking for a nice bike trip.

Irina and Alex are really greats! They have a big knowledge about the mountains also the tracking/having techniques... They helped me a lot to overcome my fears about walk on the rocks and climb!
