For only 2 leis it was interesting to visit the tower. You climb a few stairs and then you can walk from one tower to the other through an old, wooden passage way.

It was lovely to see an intact portion of the wall to gain a true insight into the past of Sibiu. It seemed well preserved and it’s worth a visit

The Carpenters' Tower built in the 14th century by the Saxon, a part of the third ring of fortifications of the city. The Height: 21.65m. There are three towers on total. There is a small fee to enter (2 RON). From the tower there is one way walk on the city walk 150-200 meters long.

Remainder of the old fortification system that was once defending the city of Sibiu. The Carpenters Tower as its name is saying it it was manned by the carpenters from the Carpenter Guild of the city in times of war.
You can see it from the outside - but you can't climb inside. Maybe in the years to come they open it to visitors also.
If you take a guided tour of the city at the stop you'll take here you will learn more about the history of the places.
Interesting - I suggest you don't forget it from your tour of the city.

Strolling along the medieval fortifications, on the Fortress Street, the old bricked walls link the four trades' towers to each other.

God took The Best of us
Every Time I GO on that street his spirit makes The same I also fall down
He does that to ME în order to look at his house upstaires

It became a ruin
