It's a town with mineral springs. It's appropriate place as for couples and also for families with children. There are many hotels with mineral water pools, there are also parks and many good restaurants.

This is an ancient Roman town, very charming with the ramparts still standing and a number of mineral springs. Weather is almost always good and even in winter the place is warm and sunny. A rich choice of hotels with spas and local restaurants with excellent Bulgarian food, all great value for money.

There are 22 different springs in the city - available fountains for drinking as well as source for the pools around. Most notable.attraction - the ancient Roman city Diocletianopolis, named after the emperor... More

We went there in July, it was sunny. The price of the baths were very cheap. There are car parking places, restaurants and pools. There are sunny and shaddy places by huge woods.

Hisarya is my favourite place in Bulgaria - and the favourite place of quite a few Bulgarians I know. We visited in June and as we walked through the parks kept looking round for the source of the perfume we scented - then we realised it was the trees all around us, It's just an incredibly relaxing place to unwind...
