Double fraternity with Russian

Parc hill (265 m) close to the city centre with two memorials in relationship to Russia: 1878 the Russian army (Alexander II) defeated the Osmanic army and gave Bulgaria freedom; 1944 the Soviet army defeated the German/Hitler army. Very good view point over the town Plovdiv. But: no coffee or restaurant on the hill.

The outside has nothing special apart from graffitis. The underlying structure may have been interesting to visit but it as closed when I went? Don't waste your time!
