We had the most amazing time in Montenegro, making life-long memories and exploring this hidden gem of a country in comfort because of the incredible service received by Miro & Sons. We have visited more than 50 countries and we can safely say the service received by Miro & Sons from start to finish was truly top of the class and we are so grateful that they played a big part in making our celebrations during the trip very special.
After finding them online and deciding to email them for a last second enquiry due to their incredible reviews, our first point of contact was Sandra. She replied promptly showing great professionalism and knowledge, suggesting itineraries that covered our interests with very much appreciated flexibility to planning. Sandra was so helpful in also suggesting areas and hotels to stay in and in explaining the current local Covid rules and situation. This was a trip planned as a surprise and with a baby in tow and she made the whole experience of planning super calm and easygoing and without her the whole experience of planning to go to Montenegro would have felt completely different. Hvala Sandra!
Once everything was finalised with Sandra, she provided the details of our guide, Stefan, who was to be our private tour guide and driver throughout our stay in Montenegro. We got in touch with Stefan before leaving the UK and we met him upon our arrival to the airport. From the second we met him we felt as if this was home! We couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming experience or a better guide, truly! From that moment onwards we had the most wonderful time with Stefan showing us his country, sharing insights of his culture and demonstrating so much knowledge on the history of the place. Stefan was not only an outstanding guide, but he also made touring with a baby a dream. Not only our little one and him became best buddies, but he was also incredibly accommodating and adjusted the pace and timings during the trip to match our needs. One of our most memorable moments in the trip was a late lunch shared with Stefan by lake Skadar after spotting pelicans during our boat trip together. He picked the a local fish dish for us which was the best meal we had in Montenegro. Thank you so very much for everything Stefan and we really hope to see you again some time soon!

My husband and I joined a group of 8 from our ship, the Pacific Princess for a lovely all day tour with a charming and knowledgeable guide Bogdon Muratovic. This port was so beautiful, and we enjoyed all the sites that the short time we had at this port. Seeing Perast and Budva and the walking tour of the historic city of Kotor were all interesting , extremely photogenic, and were enjoyed bu our entire group of 8. We also had time to sample some delicious local food and beer at the Mozart restaurant. I highly recommend this tour and our guide!.

From start to finish, this company could NOT provide any better service. Sandra, the tour manager, responded quickly to each and every one of my questions and tailor made two tours for my family at a very competitive price with pick up from the cruise port. Unfortunately we were unable to take the second tour as our boat was unable to dock in Montenegro due to high winds. Bogdan was our tour guide. He was waiting on the dock in a spotlessly clean and new Mercedes Sedan. We were traveling with my 78 year mother who is not very mobile and Bogdan was so every attentive to her. She said she felt "very cared for". We visited the a small village called Njegusi after a fantastic panoramic drive into the mountains and enjoyed a wonderful local snack of cured meat and cheese, homemade bread and a drink of our choice. We then visited King Nikola's Palace in Cetinje and then took a scenic drive instead of the walking tour of the old town of Motor which my mother felt was too hard for her. Bogdan is passionate about his job and his country and so very knowledgeable about its culture and history. Without a doubt I would book this company again!

This company had a wide range of tours but we opted for a six hour tour - Charms of Montenegrin Coastline. Sandra, the program coordinator, was always prompt with her responses. We had a very comfortable mini bus which accommodated all seven of us comfortably. Our guide was Bogdan. He was fabulous. He regaled us with stories of Montenegro and Montenegrins with great humor. He escorted us to the Our Lady of the Rock, Budva and Kotor. He also showed us one of the most expensive hotels in the world. We learned a great deal about a country we knew very little about.
We would highly recommend this company and Montenegro.

We only had a short time at this port as part of our cruise. We were met at the port by none other than Miro himself. What an absolute delight. Miro's knowledge, patience and great driving made for an unforgettable tour.
His experience took us to the right places at the right time to avoid the inevitable influx of cruise passengers (which we were also!).
We enjoyed local cheese, cold meats, bread and wine and Miro was prepared with the umbrellas for the untimely rain.
The tour was a great way to sample all that the beautiful city of Kotor has to offer and more.
We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend Miro & Sons.

I was based in Kotor for a short holiday and wanted to visit the nearby town of Perast. It was a last minute decision and I have asked the hotel staff to recommend a local guide, so they have put me in touch with Miro & Sons. The day trip was a truly wonderful experience. My guide Stefan was highly professional, efficient, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. It made such a difference for me and helped me to be able to really enjoy the trip, relax, rely on someone to take care of everything and see the place with a lot of fantastic insider knowledge about the history, customs and the beauty of the place. I highly recommend this agency and I am looking forward to be back and explore more of this stunningly beautiful area with their help.

We tried to contact several travel agencies that offered tours around Kotor and Sandra from Miro and Sons was the first one that understood our needs and created a perfect tour for us. We visited Kotor with city walls first and than we went by boat to near by village of Prcanj where we were able to feel real local atmosphere. After visiting living history museum of St. Nicolas we had lunch in konoba Bokeski gusti! Thank you Miro and Sons team for your professionalism, we will definitely recommend tour tours!!

Due to the impossibility to travel abroad, my friends and I decided to explore Montenegro in a new, original way, discovering places we have never visited before! We booked the tour with lovely Miro & Sons agency who were very kind and well-organized, respecting all the safety measures concerning the covid-19 pandemic. Our guide Djuka was incredible, we learnt so much about the places we visited from him. My most favorite one was definitely Our Lady of the Rock Island. Big recommendation for the whole crew and guides from Miro & Sons. You're the best!

We were booked for one day with Miro & Sons and before the day was over booked the next day with them as well. Absolutely fell in LOVE with Montenegro because of our guides knowledge and passion for their home.
The first day we went up the serpentine drive, visited Njegusi and Cetinje, then on to Budva and finally to Kotor. It was a full day but it flew by and we got so much more out of it than we would on our own, The car was very comfortable. Our guide paced the day very well and he, himself, was so knowledgeable, so interesting.
We knew we wanted to get out on the water but hadn't decided on how - kind of wanted to see how the weather would be etc. While we were with our guide the first day we asked if they had anyone who could take us out the next day. He got on the phone and made it happen! We were there in the shoulder season so during peak times that may not have been possible but they had someone available and we knew we would have a great tour with them.
The second day was just as great as the first. We went to Perast, saw the submarine tunnels, the blue cave and stopped in Fisherman's village for lunch which will forever be a highlight for us. Again our guide paced the time in each place well. She was so knowledgeable and personable.
We typically don't do guided tours because we like to be on our own pace and there are certainly less pricey ways to see the sights but these tours were worth every penny and more. So grateful for the experience!

We did a private tour of Kotor, Perast and Lady on the Rocks by boat with Danilo a recommendation from de OO Porto Novi. This has been by far the best day in our honeymoon.
Danilo is one of the best tour guides we have ever had, his knowledge of Montenegro and fun way of communicating it made the time fly by. I would highly recommend asking personally for him you will not be disappointed.

Hi, I read reviews on TA and hope you can help me. We are going to be in Dubrovnik in the middle of September and I am confused how we would get from Dubrovnik to Bay of Kotor and Montenegro. Is it by boat or car? Would your car and driver come to pick us up in Dubrovnik? If not, how would we get to the pick up place? Can you share what the cost would be? We are two couples who want to make the best use of one day in Montenegro. Would really appreciate your help. I Hope hear from you - Leslie Snyder
