We opted for the excursion from Porto Novi with several stops: Lady of the Rock, Kotor, Perast...Awarded 35 euros and advertised as during 11am to 5pm with meals on board (snack with cheeses, cold cuts, fruit, wines and soft) this seemed correct. The stopovers were well respected and the landscapes crossed were really nice, but the boat was small, old and extremely noisy, the music not covering the noises of the engine! This is not what bothered us the most, but rather the abhorrent attitude of the "captain", ill-polished, smoking without caring about the passengers, he did not help his teammate at all during the dockings and even less the passengers to disembark (on this type of boat there are no retractable stairs so to disembark on the dock, it was necessary to make a very long stride, and it was the passengers themselves (mostly elderly) who helped each other...
It should be noted that despite the claims of the agency that sold us the excursion, the boat staff did not offer a stop near our Pension to disembark, so we were let go 40 minutes walk from our Pension at 16:30...

Have been on short round trip to Zajcica passing by the blue lagoon and Mamula.
The trip is as things are in Montenegro.
Price was really ok. 12 eur for adults. Under 11 years only 6 eur. For this you can take the tour back and forth having a swimming in 30 minutes in Blue lagoon and sunbathing beaching till evening in Zajcica.
Disadvantages
- communication skills as usual (foreign language is spoken on very limited level)
- no clear directions instructions on the boat (you dont know which station comes next what to do and nit to do)
- blue grotto is overcrowded and very smelly because of gas
In 5-10 years this will be improved but I have a fear that it will inceease the price as well to the level of the western europe....
You should choose if you would be in the montenegrian average.

What we paid for was a trip to a beach, a trip to the blue cave with 25mins swimming and a bit of information about mamula island, 2 hours. We didn't want to do the beach, no problem we were told we could stay on the boat, just do the cave and return to Herceg Novi.
What we got was a late pick up, a trip to the beach. We said we didn't want to go on the beach, we were ordered off the boat immediately because there seemed to be a lot of people waiting. So we were dumped on the beach, had food not brilliant. It's like a really crappy campsite beach, few bars, horrific toilets, about 2 for hundreds of people, we killed time until we could leave. The boat arrived, and to say it was packed was an understatement, it was low in the water and listing badly. They are meant to have 35 on board, there were at least double that. So we got on, went to the blue cave thst is very pretty but full of boats, literally full of boats. The few brave souls who jumped in for a 5 minute doggy paddle/treading water seemed to enjoy being surrounded by motors, each to there own. Off we set for HN. Just as we got to mamula we came alongside another boat, 2 was shouted, we could hear anything tbh, the on board music is so loud, no pa system to inform us of anything. A few people got onto the other boat, 1 nearly fell in. The other boat had no space tbh, the roof was full, like a refugee boat docking at a uk port. Then off we went, back to the rubbish beach where we were made to stay for another 2 hours. We eventually got back to HN after nearly 5 and a half hours, exhausted, burned, dehydrated but grateful that the nightmare was over.
Don't book with these people, it's not an excursion it's a glorified and pretty crap ferry service. Book with someone else, because safety and being polite isn't on their radar. Money is.

Picked this company because of all the good reviews but the trip was all day with no commentary at all. The man on the boat was just going from person to person pointing out a few things, when he could be bothered, there was no speaker system on the boat. The toilet didn't flush. Food was plentiful but basic with no plates, you had to pick up bits of bread, cheese, tomato, cucumber and ham and hold them on a serviette. I was very ill for 2 days afterwards. Very noisy boat. The stop in Kotor was not long enough to see the sites and have a drink or food. It was nothing like what was promised with pictures of lovely food and promised informative commentary.

The trip was nice and came to meet our expectations. We choose the Mamula/Blue Cave/Zanjice trip. First you do panoramic view of the Mamula island, which features a fortress which used to be prison. Currently under restauration, it's not possible to dock on the island itself and walk on the fortress, but the view is quite nice even from the boat. After that you visit the Blue Cave to swim there. It was quite enjoyable, however, be prepared for the water to be a little bit chilly - it's a cave after all. After that we were taken to Zanjice beach, which was a nice place. You get the parasol and deck chair to use for free on the beahc, and you also get a 10% discount for all the food and drinks ordered at the restaurant on the beach. All in all it's a nice experience. The captain does explain a lot about the local islands and villages and (in our case) he also spoke English.

Terrible! Very bad experience.
First boat was late 30 minutes and it was already full when it stops our place. (Even when we had already tickets.)
So we waited for the boat leaving at 11:00, when it arrived more than 30 minutes late, so we couldn't get on! Terrible service. they said that a new boat will arrive soon, but we are going a different route. In total, the ship was late for departure by ONE HOUR.
A completely overbooked boat.
Not the lovely relaxing boat trip we were expecting! Can’t recommend

It is a nice trip, but it is a ferry! Stops everywhere and picks up people, so it takes forever to see what you paid to see. No toilets. No water. Don't sit on the left side. Pillows wet from previous bading. Music so loud that I had to put on noise reduction plugs. Trip takes about 6-8 hours. My recommendation-charter a private boat, then you don't have to wait 20 minutes×2 for the captain to fish his fish, while 10 people are waiting to get to shore.

Just awful. Firstly the boats are dirty, they cram people on board and there are no refreshments available on these old rickety boats.
Ours broke down in the blue cave and we had to wait 2 hours to be towed out by another pajo boat. It towed us out, then scarily transferred us onto another packed boat.
There are no safety messages and no updates.
On both boats , even at sea, all you could smell was diesel fumes wherever you sat.
Use at your peril

Worth the experience. The crew are characters, very polite and help you on and off the boat. The schedule was kept to, so no delays. The boat was pretty packed so people had to be considerate, some nationals weren’t! A lite lunch of tasty meats and cheeses with bread was provided. Stops were pretty short but adequate time for a taster. Yes the boat has seen better days but it adds to the experience.
