Had a pleasure to rent LuxSpa for 3 hours with fellow managers from work. Great way to relax, Jacuzzi, sauna, massages, complementary drinks. The most important thing to point out is that you get this place for yourself, no other guests, and not even staff members unless you asked for a massage. Basically they let you in, show you around and come back when your time is up.

We had it booked for 2 hours and extended the massage from 45 to 60 minutes. Payment is cash only, no credit cards accepted.
It was a bit hard to spot the entrance, but the staff was very helpful over the phone and Viber app. The ceiling is very low at some areas (lowered to squeeze in the AC vents), watch your head!
There are 2 single treatment rooms at the facility. The massage was OK (not more, not less).
Mini bar is a nice feature, Sauna was great too.
However, a big jacuzzi had cool instead of warm/hot water. When we asked the staff about it, they said it's always like that (i.e. that's how it should be in their opinion). Upon our request, she tried to raise the temperature, but until the end of our stay we could not feel any improvement.
The single shower used to have overhead and side shower, but that did not appear to work, the handle was missing. So we were able to use a hand shower only.
As we did have a real massage, we did not try an electric massage sofa/chair. It might be nice, if spa is booked without a massage treatment.
Bottom line: Average massage and spa experience.
The exclusivity & privacy come at a heavy price tag, relative to the level of facilities that we've experienced. It needs to be put in a perfect order, to justify such a high price tag

Booked two hours of spa, with jacuzzi and sauna. I was really thrilled! It was just what I needed, you can relax here, there is ambiental music and minibar that is included in price!

A place full of charm, to take care of his person. The spa is very clean, bathrobe, sandalettes, are made available. A royal tea graciously offered and a superb terrace as a bonus. The care is of a large quantity, the girls very pleasant. 1 treatment a day for 6 days. Only happiness. Everything is perfect, I recommend it without moderation. Thank you to all the team for your welcome and your kindness

We went as a couple for a steam room, followed by a tonic and we fell in love with this place. The decor and layout are beautiful. The masseuses are nice and have fairy fingers (special mention to Sara). At the end of the session a tea was offered in a quiet corner to end the session in style.

Back home I have weekly massages. I’ve been on the road for three months in Europe and hesitant to try a new masseuse, but this one exceeded my expectations. They have recently opened a new location, so you have two options and they’re both super clean and professional. I normally do not like oil massages, but this one had enough pressure and did not feel icky afterwards. I like this so much I booked a second session with Nicoletta. Don’t let her size fool you, she if she is strong.
One location is shared with a gym, but you’re completely isolated once you enter the spa. The other location is only for massages.

My husband and I recently visited a wellness center for a massage and overall had a great experience. The space itself is beautiful and offers a lot of great features. We decided to try the gold massage, which was definitely worth it and highly recommended.However, we did encounter one issue during our visit. Our massage therapist, Maya, was using her phone during the session, which was quite distracting and unprofessional. It happened a few times and felt like a waste of our paid time.Despite this setback, we still enjoyed our time at the wellness center and would recommend it to others. The atmosphere and quality of the massages are great, just be aware that you may encounter some unprofessional behavior from the staff.

That days in N.Sad flue was all over the town,and myself was feeling very tired cause of the sickness that exausted me couple days in a row,so I desperetly needed a massage. It was my first time there,and honestly my last time there. Place is nice and warm,but massage was expensive and not good at all. It was like I paid someone just to pampered me. No physio or real masseuse therapist there,just a preety and nice girls which deliver luke massage. For 20 € you can afford good massage in other parlour.

We are trully sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied with our service. All people that work in LuxSpa are real physiotherapists, with a degree. If you wanted stronger massage, you could just tell the therapist. Hope to see you again. Best regards.
