Our group, an NGO doing healthcare work in L'viv, did a Walkative tour this morning. What a lovely experience. The old city of L'viv is a unique jewel in Eastern Europe and our tour guide, Helena, was able to transmit her love, and knowledge, for her city in dozens of amazing stories. Worthwhile every minute of it.

Great tour, you get to know not only history but also fun facts and legends about the city, while you discover the 4 districts. Maryna was so nice and such an awesome guide, very recommended!

It was an amazing tour covering Lviv history since its foundation, through all neigborhood (Jewish, Armenian, Polish, Ukranian...), churches, restaurants, hidden coffee bars, till Mr Mazoch and his ouvre. Perfect English and entertaining tour, every minute of the 2 hours!

So glad to have had Helen on our tour today, who was passionate, informed and engaging. Was apprehensive as we're actually at the end of our Lviv stay (normally we take these tours on day 1 or 2) but it proved to be infinitely worthwhile. Excellent stories that you simply won't get in a guide book, and wonderful overview of the city's social, cultural, religious and political sides. Highly recommended!

I am not a big fan of walking tours but Helena was fantastic. Her tour didn't feel pre-canned or rote, she really enjoyed talking to her clients and answered all questions from her heart. And she knows and loves her city very much, and it shows. Really recommend the tour and all the best to Helena!

A very insightful, gorgeous walking tour through the historic Old Town of lviv.
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable, was able to answer all of our questions in detail and made the tour very adaptive to our wishes. She even put some music on that related to our conversation to the tour. She took the time to add it to the experience. We are very grateful for that event.

This was great! Lviv is such a great city and Nadia was one of the best tour guides I've experienced. She knew so much about Lviv and could answer everything the group asked easily. Highly recommended.

The city is simply beautiful. There are lots of things to see. I personally recommend to visit restaurants if you have time. The tour was quite informative. The tour guide, Halya is undoubtly the best tour guide in the world. She is very intelligent, kind and helpful.

I highly recommend going on any of the tours! I went on the Old Town and Austrian tour. Andriy has a vast knowledge of the city including history, architecture, art, restaurants, and languages. Well worth the time and learning about the fascinating history of Lviv.

Are there walking tours available in May? If so, where do people meet, and what is the duration?

I went in December but they told me that there are tours all the year so probably im May also.. They usually meet at Rynok square and the duration is about 2-2.5 hours .. I hope this helps :)
