We stopped by the Tourist Information Center in the city town hall, and stumbled upon the food tour with Ohla. We went to 3 stops for the tour, and these are all restaurants that are very popular with the locals. One restaurant is at the roof top, and another one is in the same building as the glass museum, and we had many interesting dishes and Ohla patiently explained to us what the dishes are. Our personal favorite is the onion pie in the restaurant by the glass museum. Then we went to a cafe for some delicious honey cake and coffee to top off the evening. But that's not the end of it, we told Ohla we would be heading to Kiev the next day, and she sent us a list of her personal favorites in Kiev. Her recommendations are spot on, and we had the best Chicken Kiev, and also went to a fusion restaurant that's very popular with the locals. We wouldn't be able to find these places by doing the research on our own. Thanks to Ohla we have the most unforgettable dining experiences for our Ukrainian holidays.

We went on a very interesting and unique tour arranged by this company which included a visit to the Svirzh castle and a winery, and it was simply amazing! The guide, the tour and wine tasting were on the highest level! Among all day tours we took from Lviv, this one was our favorite. We enjoyed the level of professionalism and at the same time level of comfort. It felt more like traveling with old friends than with a group of people we didn’t know. Thanks for everything and we can’t wait to go on more tours with you!

It was easy to meet with Artem our tour guide, and the ensuing tour was fantastic. We had requested a Beer and History tour and Artem really delivered. His English was excellent and he had a depth of knowledge of history that was truly impressive. The beers we tried were all interesting and the locations were truly amazing. The tour gave us an insight and the opportunity to visit places in Lviv we never would have found on our own. Artem was erudite, witty and very polite. We really recommend this tour, Artem and the company to anyone. It is fantastic value for money.

We had super bad experience with company. We were looking for visa to Morocco, and the girls offered their services. In the end we received literally nothing. Even no apologies. The request was sent 2 months before needed date,we expect that everything is fine, closer to date we just gave a call to check where we stand and realized that we are not progressing at all. We were not informed about any problems. Please respect others time and money. Before trip(we already had tickets )you live us with nothing. One comment we had from you: we had hope that embassy will have free slots. Really, you had a “hope “ Not professional.

Dear B9275ED_ We are very sorry that this was a bad experience for you and negatively affected your trip plans. Please let us clarify the situation: Your friend contacted us about obtaining a visa to Morocco for your trip planned for February 12th. We told her that we expect the nearest available dates for visa application to be around January 15th (due to our recent experience with other clients). Your friend sent us documents for the application on December 17th. We contacted the Moroccan embassy immediately, on that day, to schedule a visa appointment for you. The embassy responded that they are not accepting tourist visa applications during the holidays from December 16th-January 2nd, asked to send them inquiry and to wait for their reply. We contacted your friend Elisaveta on the same day, December 17th, to inform you both that we will have to wait for the answer from the embassy. On January 2d they replied that the earliest available slot was February 12th. We contacted you to inform you of this. We wanted to help you with this matter, but there was nothing we could do, as the embassy did not have any time slots in January, and assured us that they cannot make any exceptions for tourists. In situations like this, we don't charge the clients and as you know no payment has been taken from you. Every step of the way, we contacted you as soon as we could. We understand your disappointment and regrets that we could not help you anymore, but we did everything we could. Unfortunately, we can not force the embassy to accept your documents or issue your visa. We wish you all the best.
