Dear B9275ED_
We are very sorry that this was a bad experience for you and negatively affected your trip plans.
Please let us clarify the situation:
Your friend contacted us about obtaining a visa to Morocco for your trip planned for February 12th. We told her that we expect the nearest available dates for visa application to be around January 15th (due to our recent experience with other clients).
Your friend sent us documents for the application on December 17th. We contacted the Moroccan embassy immediately, on that day, to schedule a visa appointment for you. The embassy responded that they are not accepting tourist visa applications during the holidays from December 16th-January 2nd, asked to send them inquiry and to wait for their reply. We contacted your friend Elisaveta on the same day, December 17th, to inform you both that we will have to wait for the answer from the embassy.
On January 2d they replied that the earliest available slot was February 12th. We contacted you to inform you of this. We wanted to help you with this matter, but there was nothing we could do, as the embassy did not have any time slots in January, and assured us that they cannot make any exceptions for tourists. In situations like this, we don't charge the clients and as you know no payment has been taken from you.
Every step of the way, we contacted you as soon as we could. We understand your disappointment and regrets that we could not help you anymore, but we did everything we could. Unfortunately, we can not force the embassy to accept your documents or issue your visa.
We wish you all the best.
