The experience was terrifying and exciting. If you think you are brave, you can try the hardest level. Those who work there are really good at what they do. I recommend trying it. It was really a special experience. Note ( they are using Tasers ☠️☠️and electric saw)

The best experience I have ever had! Very professional team and guiding you smoothly within the game. We have tried the Extreme Show, definetly suggest it if you trust your self and your friends😁. Thanks a lot for the Insomnia team, we’ll come back again! 👹🤡

My brother and I went into the first room, where there was a flashing light and a witch met us. She started to stamp and scream and get close to us very close. After that there was a knocking and someone scared us, so someone came in with an electric saw and there was a smell of fuel.

Horrifying and not in the way expected. Left stuck in chains for over an hour

So it started somewhat as expected, was blindfolded with my girlfriend, taken into a room and then seperated. I was placed with a metal collar around my kneck and then it was padlocked. My girlfriend was in another room with hands and feet chained up.

After the game began i found some keys and attempted to undo the lock which was not only around my kneck but also kept me attached to the wall. About 15 minutes passed without any of the keys fitting the lock and i started to get a bit confused, my girlfriend was unable to do anything and it became clear that i had to free us both. After a while one of the "zombies" came by and said "i will help you" and he was unable to undo the lock even with an additional key.

At this point i heard them say something about a problem, my girlfriend was taken out of the game and i was left alone in the dark for a few minutes without any idea of what was going on or why. They then came back in and lied to me saying there was a small technical problem, that this was all part of the game and that they would put my blindfold back on. At this stage i was starting to get quite irritated as they continued to lie to me and tell me this was nothing to do with the lock around my kneck even though it was clear they were trying to undo it.

It then got to the point where they were trying to brute force the lock and the guy doing it smacked the lock into my face and i took the blind fold back off angrily saying "im done with this turn the lights on". Again they left, me still in the dark, and i asked them to go and get my girlfriend (who is ukrainian) so she could explain to me what was going on.

At this point they finally started to admit that they had screwed up and it turned out they had put a padlock around my neck which they didnt actually have a key for. However this is where the whole experience got even worse. Rather than calling a locksmith to try and fix the problem they started bringing in random tools to try and break the lock (one of the stupidest attempts at something i have ever seen) including using a few spanners to try and force it open and even one girl sticking a few pins into the lock to try and pull of some sort of sherlock holmes level lock picking trick to get it off my neck.

The sheer level of ignorance meant i was left with a collar around my neck for well over an hour (half of this still chained to a wall and unable to move) and it was only when my girlfriend called the locksmith that we actually managed to get it off of my neck. The staff in the meantime were laughing and joking and even refusing to actually listen to any suggestions about getting people to help and were convinced they could smash what looked like a brand new padlock.

All i can really say is this has been one of the worst experienced offered by any company and although it seems many other people have had an enjoyable experience it is definetly not worth the risk because if anything goes wrong they have absolutely no back up plan and seem to be useless at solving issues. Instead they are much more likely to injure you in order to not fork out what was about 20 pounds in order to fix the problem properly.

Fact is if it had not been for my girlfriend actually speaking fluent ukrainian and calling a service herself i dont know how long i could have been there.

This situation happened for the first and last time. Unfortunately, it is not always possible to track the loss of parts of the game and scenery because there are many visitors and the time between games is limited.Our staff helped you as best they could and called emergency services. Once again, we apologize.

Terrible experience

They told us to wait 80 minutes to start the game and we were okay with it. We waited 70 minutes around the place and they told us they booked the slot for others. We were shocked that we spent our precious limited time in Lviv for nothing! It was like a joke! We told them we already booked this slot and waited for it, but we've been told it's booked online afterwards... Such a huge disappointment.

Kesinlikle uzak durun. Saka gibi bi yer, daha dogru duzgun rezervasyon yapmayi beceremiyolar. Tr'de çok daha iyi secenekler var, zamaninizi bosuna burda harcamayin.

100% worth it 100% freaky
Pure adrenaline and absolutely amazing. My heart couldn’t stop beating so fast. Loved it. The actors were so good. I may come back with other friends and do it again. Loved the creepy way they pronounced my name. Made it so real. I might have nightmares ahah YOU HAVE TO DO IT!

You think you are brave? Not brave Enough 😭
I really don’t like Scary movies and stuff …. but I’m glad I didn’t miss this experience super great team . I literally run into every single wall in there 😅 . If you are okay with being tased 🥴 I recommend the extreme one 😵 . And I’m glad I have been kidnapped to this place it’s and I’m more than glad that I made it out of there cause my brother never did 🙏🏽😔

Amazing escape game! The staff was great, with good english. Escape room is not too scary, but really makes you work your brain. I definitely recommend it!

We got the middle haunted house and were so scared! We had to escape from chains before trying to get out and were terrified! We loved it! Would highly recommend it!!
