We were taken around the garden on a free city tour by Vinka one Tuesday evening. She pointed out plants and herbs of interest and told us their uses and medicinal values. Very interesting talk. Worth a visit and in the evening there is accompanying music played on the harp.

This is such a peaceful little garden, and like all the other attractions in the old town, it's a bit like a treasure hunt trying to find it. Peaceful benches among a wide range of herbs, flowers and fruit trees. We spent an hour just enjoying the quiet, shady environment. Stopped there for a coffee and quick drink while roaming around the old part of the city of Šibenik. Place is great, prices are affordable, medieval garden is nice place to visit. They also have some food on the menu but we didn't eat.

We walked pass the entrance a few times before we decided to go in. We took up the offer of the guided tour which last less than 10 minutes, garden is small, but was very informative and worth it.

We happened to stumble across the gardens whilst walking through the streets of Sibenik. The garden is tiny, but cute and well kept. There is a small souvenir shop at the entrance on the left and a small cafe/restaurant. OK for a quick stop off and drink.

Although this type of garden is fairly commonplace in the UK, apparently it is rare here. There is a tour guide who is keen to help. We thought this might be overkill as the garden is small (but joked that it would take 2 hours :-D)
