This place is a 10 out of 10! We visited the Wine Garden September 26, 2024 for a couple of hours in the afternoon. Ana was simply wonderful. We communicated over email a number of times well before our visit. Ana was super informative and responsive. The Wine Garden was truly lovely and presented a terrific way to step out of the crowds in the old city while still enjoying the charm of being in the old city itself. Ana served 5 wines during our tasting along with a generous taste of Croatia including prosciutto, local cheeses, fruit, nuts, bread and more. As Ana served each wine, she shared the background on each pour and was a superb host. Everyone in our party of 13 raved about the visit to Fiolic Wine Garden in Zadar. Thanks for all Ana!

The atmosphere deserves a 6 star on its own. One of the most beautiful and stylish places I've seen. The decor is so tasteful and cool that only an excellent glass of wine served can bring you back to reality! I can't describe well enough how simply magical this place is. We tried multiple things, from the Adriatic beer (which was something to remember) and local wines that are a quite new and intriguing bouquet to me and then, the star of the season, the Zadar sunset. Don't leave this place without getting one. You owe it to yourself and thank me later. The waitress who waited on us, was on her first day on the job and she was so nice and helpful that I think a shout out is needed, and the resemblance with Taylor Swift might help some fans 😁 she made our stay even better and we didn't think it was possible for the whole experience to get any better! So, big shout out! When we came back another waitress waited on us but the experience was the exact opposite, despite that, we would come back in a heartbeat because this place is simply beautiful, enchanting and the quality of the wine/beers/cocktails is matching the unbelievable venue. Un posto da favola. Letteralmente, il decor fa pensare davvero di essere in un angolo di mondo incantato e la qualità dei prodotti offerti segue a ruota questo scenario fiabesco. Il bouquet dei vini locali croati, nonostante la vicinanza all'Italia é assolutamente unico, delle note secche agrumate che lasciano solitamente spazio ad un retrogusto solo un minimo dolce, sono rimasta decisamente stregata da piú di un vitigno provato. Siamo stati i primi clienti di una cameriera al suo primo giorno, e speriamo di essere stati all'altezza perché lei é stata gentilissima e davvero attenta! E va celebrata. Anche solo se siete di passaggio, fermatevi, non ve ne pentirete.

Great wine bar with lots of local wines. Excellent, super friendly service and wonderful little snacks. Great value for money. Extremely pleasant crowd and relaxed atmosphere. Wonderful experience in Zadar.
