Had a great day with Ivan, our guide on this day trip to Krka NP and Sibenik. Ivan managed the day to ensure time was maximised and avoiding queues. The park was beautiful and not too busy at this time of year. The packed lunch was tasty, rolls, fruit, juice, water and a pan chocolat. Small group made it all very agile. Sibenik is lovely town and the Cathedral quite stunning. All up had a great, stress free day.

We were in Zadar as a port of call on our cruise. I booked the tour to Plitvice National Park a year prior to our cruise as it was one place I didn’t want to miss. Teresa was wonderful and always very efficient in returning emails. She promised us a great day and that is exactly what we had. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Our guide and driver met our group at the port. (Tip: Get off the ship quickly with your group to be the first to leave to get to the park before it gets too busy.) Our guide, Katarina, promptly purchased our tickets (pay in advance so you don’t have to worry about waiting in line) and we quickly began our trek along the wooden paths within the park. I feel I should mention that there is a lot of walking involved and steps to climb, some very narrow. Our group moved very quickly and had no problem with the steps. Because we kept a good pace, we were able to see more waterfalls as well as climbing down to see the caves. All along, our guide provided us with interesting facts about the waterfalls. She was very pleasant and I feel our experience was made better because of her. We will definitely book another tour with Romeo & Juliet!

Our group of 14 was met at the cruise port in Zadar with Terezija as our guide. Our ship did not offer an excursion to Plitvice so we were happy to find that we could use Romeo and Juliet for our tour. Communication prior to the trip was prompt and easy. The day was truly magical. The mini bus ride there of almost 2 hours went quickly as Terezija used a microphone and gave us so much information about the country and the culture. She stayed with us at the park and helped us to make the most of our time with pre-purchased tickets and boat tickets. A box picnic lunch was provided at the stop between the Lower and the Upper Lakes. We returned with time for a quick tour in Zadar. Terezijz made us all feel very comfortable and welcome. Do not miss an opportunity to visit Plitvice Lakes. It is a breathtaking natural wonder at every turn. I highly recommend this tour company.

We had a wonderful tour to Plitvice Lakes! From our first communication to the day of the tour, communication was quick and thorough. Our guide was waiting for our group of 14 when we exited the ship, and off we went! The mini bus was comfortable for our larger group and we felt safe the entire time. Our wonderful guide was kind and informative. Plitvice was an experience unlike any other. Our guide stayed with us the entire time, guiding us through the park, giving us excellent information, not only about the lakes, but about the history of Croatia along the way. I highly recommend visiting Plitvice Lakes with Romeo&Juliet Excursions!
