Just back from a fabulous afternoon trip with Zadar Archipelago. Couldn't have asked for a more professional service, with excellent communications, boats and crew.
Defiantly a must if you have half a day to spare and if you can allocate a full day I would try the full day trip as I will when next back in Zadar. Hope you enjoy your afternoon as much as we did.

Me and my boyfriend went on a sunset tour few days ago, and it was the most beautiful and romantic experience on our vacation so far!
We have enjoyed drinking champagne, eating small bites our crew prepared and served in such lovely way. We have enjoyed in stunning sunset, view on city, mountain and city walls and cruising around Zadar. It is truly unique and beautiful experience and I would recommend this to anyone!😍

We took Best of long island tour around Dugi Otok with Archipelago and had most incredible time ever. We got to see so many different places in one day. The cave, than for me absolutely the best Great white stone beach they call it, sakarun beach, the lighthouse, tunnels.... we experienced so much I cant remember.

It was one of our best days and I can sincerely recommend anyone going for this tour. We were 3 girls early 30s but the tour was only 11 people all together. there were children of 4 and 6 years old enjoyed even more than we did, there was one elder couple who jumped from the cliff together really amazing. Our guide Petra and our skipper Luka were treating us like queens, fruit salads, sandwiches, flips, sweets, juices and then they prepared aperol spritz !!! It was just perfect timing for everything and we felt like in haven. I recommend !

We felt a little confused during our tour and now reading the reviews of other travelers, I feel even more confused and disappointed.

We were weary of this company considering the lack of reviews and that we were approached at the sea organ; however, with our limited time in Zadar we decided to take advantage of a half day trip to the Kornati Islands.

Online booking was easy and everyone we met was very welcoming and kind.

Our tour left over 15 minutes late and we ended up arriving at our "destination" behind schedule. We first stopped for coffee on an island, which we felt was talking away from the adventure, especially because we had all had coffee before boarding the boat. We then docked at what we were told would be a very quiet bay, but were met by two huge cruise ships. We shared the small beach with at least 200 other tourist. Regardless, the bay was beautiful and the water was inviting for swimming and snorkeling. We enjoyed about an hour and a half there before we hopped back on the boat and headed back inland.

Riding the boat was fun and our very nice skipper definitely amused us by bouncing through the wake. We passed the sign for the Kornati National Park, but otherwise would have had no clue if we were there or not. We received no information about what we were passing through or seeing. We would have loved to hear about the history, landscape, ecosystem... Something!

Ultimately, the day was beautiful. It is hard to complain about clear waters and boating. We were just a little disappointed by what we were offered for the price and felt somewhat mislead.

Provided more of a tour, additional time actually enjoying the beach or doing something other than traveling to and from, then it would be worth 74 euros each.

Dear Kristina Libbey, Thank you for your kind review, every critique is more than helpful for our small start-up. As we received an ‘average’ grade from you, skipper Mateo immediately contacted other guests (6 people from Netherlands) who sailed with you at that day (26/07). They were all very satisfied so we are not sure in this moment what bothered you the most. To be honest, we were also unpleasantly surprised by the number of the excursion boats at that moment, that’s why Mateo offered you first to have a homemade ice-cream at nearby restaurant, hoping they will leave soon. After, we heard it were two big groups on their private excursion only to Island of Levrnaka... What to say Kristina, we are sorry, we could not predict that it would be so crowded... Thought by this example we decided to check with other agencies their everyday schedule and when situation even ‘smells’ like this, we will do half day Kornati only in the afternoon when they all leave. Once again, we are sorry you had ‘average’ experience, let us know when you plan to visit Zadar next time, we will organize one new adventure for you. Looking forward to excellent, all best from Zadar! :-) Matija Longin, R&D

It was a nice day out, and swimming in the cave was awesome. I'm sure snorkelling at the ship wreck also is a highlight, unfortunately we couldn't do that due to the weather. The rest of a day was a bit stacatto, we were here and there for a given time, and the recommended lunch place was really late in the day and also took ages to get. I would recommend having lunch at one of the places at the beach. Since we were off the boat for a given time each place it seemed like you had to make sure to catch the boat more than you got to enjoy the day.

All in all it was nice to see the different places and we enyoyed the trip in the small group.
Unfortunately our guide skipped two spots which were written on the description of this tour. We were very sad about it because one of those two spots was the reason why we decided to book this tour. And the guide was hurrying up at the stops and we had the feeling that the guide was not in the mood to explain something, so we felt uncomfortable sometimes.
To sum up for the high costs of this tour we expected the full program and an experienced guide who takes time for us.

Wonderful way to explore Kornati! Even in less than great weather, we were completely comfortable and loved getting to explore the beach and the island. Our skipper and guide were so kind and gracious, taking care of everything. It was the perfect way to see Croatia from a perspective we never would have gotten from the mainland. Definitely recommend!

We did the half-day trip to Kornati and had a blast! The team was amazing and we loved being able to spend some time on the beach at Kornati. We also appreciated the tidbits of history and culture that our guide provided along the way. Our only regret is that we didn’t book a full-day tour! Anyone coming to Zadar should absolutely do this.

My husband and I booked on the Long Island day trip and had an absolutely wonderful time. The trip is very well organised with a perfect amount of time on the boat going at full speed admiring the beautiful views, swimming in the sea and in the gorgeous cave, and down time on the beach and exploring some of the local coastal sites. The boat is clean and really nice to be on, and Luka and Moscha were very friendly and welcoming. We found it a great way to get a feel for the wonders of the Dalmatian Islands and were happy to get away from the hubbub of Zadar town for a day. We would definitely recommend this trip to friends and family and would do it again in a heartbeat.
