Lady on duty was very friendly, good english spoken and she gave us all detailed info needed, though there was o long queue and An arrogant guide lady interrupting from time to time.
She gave very good maps & info for cycling.
I used the offices located near the Forum and one near the Cathedral. On both instances, I found them friendly and helpful!
Highly recommended to visit them when having questions re maps and directions.
