As you have erased your previous review and adjusted it to my first respond to you, I will publish my previous review respond here again, with a little adjustment, not as big as yours though.
"HI Anna, Thank you for your review about our diving center. Obviously we take any negative comments very seriously. We suggested the DSD course as you and your boyfriend wanted to dive together and as this course involves a more thorough knowledge briefing and skills then an intro – as it is endorsed by PADI - we all agreed that would be the better and safer option for you. As well as giving you the opportunity to credit it towards a future PADI Open Water course. As it was your first time in the water and you wanted to dive together, an intro would not have been suitable for you. The weather for that day was calm and not windy – you can retrospectively check the forecast. Frank is a very safety-conscious instructor and yes, he got mad because of the following reasons:
1. Your refusal to listen properly to the briefing and the skills
2. You and your boyfriend swam off towards the shipping lane
3. Another participant in this program felt uncomfortable with you and your boyfriend’s attitude and blatant disregard for safety and hence she got emotional. When she started crying you both laughed at her and said “we’re Russian, we’re not afraid of anything”
4. You later said that you didn’t want to be “at school” on your holiday and that you didn’t need to learn anything and just wanted to dive. Well, unfortunately as you are not qualified this cannot be the case; you need to learn the safety aspects of diving before you put yourself underwater. Otherwise you end up swimming off in to the shipping lane. Fortunately Frank saved you from any harm. Now, you should not have been sworn at and we apologies for that. You and your boyfriend put the whole group in danger, including yourselves - by not listening and trying to swim off from the instructor. This is why the dive was cancelled The other two participants on the DSD continued with Frank and loved the dives. They took him out to dinner afterwards as a thank you. I am glad you enjoyed your dive elsewhere. Best regards, Olga."
I was not there personally that day, but I see absolutely no reason why should I trust you and not my team with whom I worked all summer long and who did so great so far, and keep on doing great. The apologies are made in my first review, and I would like you to apologize for a slander. You were not a "paying customer", you didn't pay anything to us.
Your review is actually a good one for us, as it is showing to the people how seriously we are, so thank you again for your time, especially for the time you took to adjust your previous review according to my answer, which is the same. I am so happy you enjoyed your dive with another DC. I will also put under consideration of TripAdvisor the fact that you are promoting another DC in your review.
