I liked here because i saw first in my life so well preserved temple. It was not in the movies but it was real and I could image the real size of this building. It is on big main square and I could imagine old romans walking here and selling, talking... It is like realistic history in modern world

Good spot to take pictures and see some concert. There is also a square full of bars and restaurants. Lot of souvenir shops.

It's incredible to think that this building has been around for over 2 centuries even though it was apparently almost completely destroyed by an allied bomb during WW2 and was subsequently reconstructed. Over the years it has also served as a church during the Byzantine era and, later, as a granary. Now it is a small museum (Lapidareum) displaying Roman sculpture. It stands out quite prominently in the Forum, the central square of ancient and medieval Pula which is located in the western part of the town.

So on entering Pula Forum, we came across the Temple of Augustus, we thought it would be rather massive inside but when entering we actually could see everything from the door so instead of paying we looked around and didn't actually enter as there was not alot to do. Its a massive building and lovely to look at and view, you can see there is lots of history to it and the building structure is lovely to look at from the forum especially if you have food or coffee there, lucky for us they were playing music on the evening with lights which was a great and lovely gesture.
