    Unique experience
We always get great recommendations from taxi drivers, and this was one of them! We could walk here from our hotel which we did for a cocktail. The cave has several "rooms" and we opted for a small table just inside the entrance overlooking the actual "bar."

    Cocktails in a cave!
What's not to love? Cocktails in a cave with views of the adriatic? A must-visit when in Dubrovnik and a nice walk to get there along the seafront. Great selection of drinks, fairly priced. Indoor and outdoor seating available.

The loveliest views, drinks & food
We came here for an evening meal & drinks, we ate on the outside area with fantastic views over the bay. The food was delicious & good value. We then moved inside for drinks it had a good atmosphere, service was fast & drinks good. It is well worth a visit it was very quirky and a lovely place to spend the evening

    Delicious cocktails and amazing view!
Visited Cave Bar More for its unique cave setting, but a private event limited our access. Nevertheless, the stunning nighttime view and delicious cocktails made up for it. Service was a bit slow, understandable given the busy night. Worth a visit for the ambiance alone!

    Snakes on a plane?
No its drinks in a cave! Worth seeing but cave is quite small. The patio outside is at sea level and overlooks a nice bay, great for sunset drinks. Bring your wallet as cocktails are on the expensive side

Great Cocktail Cave Bar in Lapad
The More cave bar is situated along and in front of The More Hotel there are four floors great experience having cocktails or a beer in here, bit expensive for cocktails but a great experience, we went down most evenings. In an evening the cave is all lit up and looks lovely the staff are great and quick serving everyone. A lovely stroll on the sea front to get here you can sit outside overlooking the sea too. If in Dubrovnik I would highly recommend this bar the staff were amazing.

relaxed bar with good drinks and even better views
This place was such a vibe with a very laid back crowd. Drinks were affordable and a great place to catch the sunset. you can choose to sit inside the cave or take a walk through it or relax on the terrace outside. Was never too busy when I was here but it was May which isn't peak season.

    Unusual bar
If you are walking the coastal promenade this is well worth a detour. There are nice places to sit under umbrellas overlooking the bay, but the main attraction is the cave bar, tucked back into the cliff face and arranged over several levels. The inner grotto would appear to serve as a nightclub. Good range of beers and alcoholic and nonalcoholic cocktails.

    Great location, expensive cocktails
Nice outside area that has a yacht vibe. Plenty of seating and some great views over the bay Very good range of cocktails, although more pricey than nearby alternatives. Indoor seating inside the cave was unique and provided a cool relief from the sun All in all a good experience but wouldn’t drink here all night

    The best chips/fried in Dubrovnik
A great spot to stop for drinks - yes they’re a little expensive but they have one of the best locations in Dubrovnik so you expect it. Enjoyed some cocktails and the BEST chips/fries of the whole holiday. And we got loads of ketchup and mayo for dunking which we didn’t have to pay extra for unlike most locations. Get down here and relax for a few hours in the sun with some drinks and snacks

The service and coctails were ok, nothing special. View is also ok but in Dubrovnik you can find much better. Cave is interesting and it is something different.

The staff dont wear their mask on the mouth and nose (they wear it on the chin) and I think that it is not ok due to COVID-19 when in all others caffes in Dubrovnik staff wear it all the time. We weare sitting there about one hour and all the time their masks weare on the chins.

Overall our experience was somewhat average, especially when we expected more afrer higher reviews.

Great place with great potential but unfortunately it feels uncomfortable to be sitting here writing this review without anyone checking in on us. Perhaps when it’s running in full swing and not a skeleton crew it will be worth every penny. As of now they didn’t even allow us to sit at the cave bar. I called and asked if I needed to make a reservation and was told on the phone I didn’t bc they just weren’t that busy. And that I could sit in the cave bar while I waited. But upon arrival we were informed that we were misinformed and couldn’t sit at the cave. 10 mins have passed as I’m writing this review and still not even water at my table 🤷🏽‍♀️

We’d looked forward to a visit here based on other reviews. 8 of us arrived around 5pm and guided to a makeshift table by the bar as we were non hotel guests. I should say we also called ahead to ask if we could reserve a table as we are a large party and told this was not necessary. The cocktail menu has a good choice and unsurprisingly the prices were 5* to match Hotel More’s rating. The waiter was friendly however the vibe was way more casual and “beach bar” than the photos lead us to believe perhaps because of the time of our visit? The views were stunning however you can see these from plenty of other cheaper bars along the coast! It was ok, the kids took a quick swim, we had 2 rounds of drinks (the only food item of nachos was not available), we ticked it off our list and moved on.

My wife initially came across the cave bar whilst walking along the seafront and stopped for cocktails, which were fantastic.

The setting of the cave bar and seating on the beach is truly unique. We liked it so much that we asked if there was any availability for a dinner to eat and luckily, the friendly staff were able to get us in.

The food and service were amazing and the price was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend for both dinner and cocktails - the setting is spectacular.

wouldn’t recommend going the service was exceptionally poor and the drinks and food were average yet you were paying $$$$. We have them two chances and the second time was the worst had to chase for another drink and the bill. Don’t waste your time, there are better places.

We visited the Cave as a recommendation for cocktails. The Cave itself is in a lovely position and a very interesting bar inside. Unfortunately if you can’t get a seat downstairs, the higher you go, the less atmospheric it is, looking in places like some 70’s revival room to artex. Why I’ve given it a three though is because of the cocktails themselves. Mine was warm when I got it, having only 3 cubes of ice in which cooled it only slightly. My wife’s had a cherry in it that didn’t look that healthy. A very poor effort for what is a cocktail bar.

We stopped into this bar after I had seen it on trip advisor. It was just ok. The cave setting is fantastic but the cocktails were sub par for 85 kuna. I had a pina colada and it was mostly ice. My partner’s beer was about 35-40 kuna. We went during the afternoon so there may be a better atmosphere in the evening but it was mostly just tourists like ourselves sheltering from the rain. I would advise to just check it out if in the area but there are much nicer places to get a cocktail in the area.

We visited here after reading the reviews on TA. Catching the number 6 bus from the Old Town you can get of at the second last or last stop. You are then a 10 minute walk along the promenade to the cave bar entrance that is part of the More hotel and complex and sits directly below the hotel.

This was a great novelty and served very good cocktails and very attentive staff.

We went here straight after getting engaged so you can imagine how happy and excited we were but what a mistake to choose this place to celebrate. The staff outside were lovely but inside the cave unfortunately they were not. Service was slow from the get go which is understandable when places are busy but it was half full and didn’t warrant our wait time. We were told to sit down and someone would take our drink order but after 15 minutes my partner got up to ask the waiter if we could order. They never offered us more drinks after we had finished our first and so we decided to go up to the bar and just settle our bill. What topped it off for us was when we asked one of the staff to take a photo of us and he responded with ‘I don’t have time for that’. We can understand that at busy times this may be too much to ask but the rudeness in which this was delivered was uncalled for and it wasn’t so busy that he couldn’t even spare a few seconds to take a photo of us. The setting is lovely but not enough to outweigh terrible, rude service. We didn’t let it ruin our night of course but just want to warn others to avoid this place if you’re celebrating or would like friendly service.
