We spent a day here relaxing in a sun lounger and soaking up the view. The loungers were 50kn each which I thought was well worth it. The sea is crystal clear, although the beach is very stoney so being beach shoes if your sensitive....More

Even in late October it was lovely and sunny. We got a boat from the old town to here and stayed for a few hours, the boat then picked us up. Lovely and relaxing beach and really clear water for swimming

Visiting in early October, this perfect little beach is as near Paradise as it gets. The excellent bar and restaurant were open - albeit with a limited food and drink menu as the season was almost over and all supplies arrive via a hoist which...More

Besides the fact that getting there was a hike itself the beautiful view when entering from the stairs is sooo worth it. Bathshoes are a plus. We were really happy that we chose this beach.

If you go to Dubrovnik, go through the Old City to the marina and book a water taxi or a Glass Boat to take you to Sveti Jakov Beach. Go to the wonderful restaurant right on the beach where you can have a wonderful meal...More

If you are going to have a beach day while visiting Dubrovnik, make sure you choose this beach. It's much less crowded and much more beautiful than Banje Beach. Do yourself a favor and head out of the old city to the marina, the exit...More

Less crowded then other beaches in Dubrovnik, yet most beautiful. Gorgeous water, nice rocky hill behind and old city walls in far front.

We met Roland at Sveti Jakov and he suggested a private boat tour to the Elaphite Islands. We were looking for a non-touristy experience as we have been to Dubrovnik and the coast many times before. We were lucky to book for the next day,...More
