We used these guys to provide us with a private transfer from Dubrovnik to Plitvice National Park. Our driver Miho was friendly and informative during our long drive - we learnt a lot from him about the history of Croatia and the local areas we travelled through.
We’d already been advised to buy our tickets for the park online in advance so we didn’t have to queue to do this on the day when we arrived. The park itself was beautiful, the lakes and waterfalls are stunning. We were lucky to have lovely weather and no crowds so the paths were pretty quiet and it felt really peaceful, but we could see that it would be very busy in the summer time and probably best avoided then if possible. We followed Route B which involved walking, the electric boat ride across the main lake and land train.
On the journey home Miho recommended a great local restaurant for us to stop at. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced.
It was a long day out (we were picked up at 5.30am and didn’t arrived back until around 8pm) but worth it to see Plitvice.

Myself and two friends participated in the full day tour from Dubrovnik to Sarajevo and Mostar. It was a long day with an early start but we had a wonderful time. Baldo the driver was really fantastic and we can truly recommend booking tours with this company.

Thanks for great review! Yes it is a long drive to Sarajevo and back, but the locations are stunning and we stop at many places. And we are sure that Baldo had 1000 stories to share! All the best!

Had the most incredible experience with Filip, who brings so much passion, energy, and knowledge to his craft. He went above and beyond to really make the day truly special, making impromptu stops along the coastline and in the valley to take such memorable pictures and explain the agriculture, significance, and history of what we were seeing. We went to Kravica Falls, Pocitelj, and Ston (Filip went with us everywhere — he didn’t just sit in the car waiting for us — he helped us navigate and made sure we were safe and exploring all the best places) before he dropped us off in Dubrovnik where we finished our day with an incredible walk along the city walls — wow!!
Special thanks also to Josip who booked this custom tour at 11 PM the night prior for a pick up the next morning at 8 am. We really lucked out.

We were able to create our own tour by telling them where we wanted to go and they made an itinerary and booked the places. Our first trip was to Bosnia and the waterfalls and that was an excellent day. Driver was very friendly and made stops when we wanted for breaks/drinks.
Our second trip was to two different wineries, the first winery was a small family run one and it was excellent. The second one was one we wanted to go to, which has stunning views and scenery. The driver was knowledgeable, friendly and funny. His driving skills were also excellent on those coastal roads.
If we went back to Croatia, we would 100% use these guys again and we would recommend them to anyone.

We just got back from the 3 countries 3 wineries exclusive tour with our guide Miho and had an excellent time. Miho was a perfect guide who had the right balance of historical information about the area and his own background. He navigated beautifully through each country and border and was able to keep things interesting throughout. Each winery was great although the stops in Montenegro and Bosnia were far better then the final winery in Croatia. All in all we had a great tour and highly recommend asking for Miho if you book this tour.

Sarajevo Day Tour. My husband and I took the day tour to Sarajevo and could not recommend enough. Filip our tour guide was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. As we passed through each region, Filip went through the history and some local information on each place, which we would never have learned on a solo trip. When we arrived in Sarajevo, we were met by Emina who gave us a walking tour followed by some free time to wander through this beautiful, unique city. On the way back we stopped off in Mostar and some beautiful villages before arriving back to Dubrovnik. It was a long day with a 5.30am start, but it was really worth it, not least because of all the information we got along the way. 5 stars and to be highly recommended! Christina

Our family of 4 booked 3 tours through Dubrovnik Day Tours (Korcula&Peljesac, Full day boat tour, and Kotor/Montenegro). The full day speedboat tour was one of the highlights of our Dubrovnik vacation. We met our skipper Luka at the Dubrovnik old port and he took us on a whirlwind 8 hour experience around the Elaphiti Islands on an 18 foot boat. We first visited the Blue Cave and Luka (being a world class water polo athlete) towed us in pairs to the cave and back to the boat (we are not strong swimmers). He even found a starfish and a sea urchin to show the kids (and of course returned the creatures to their reef home afterward). We snorkelled in 3 separate areas over the day, and had lunch at a seaside cafe on Lopud island. Overall a fantastic tour. Highly recommend this tour, as well as anything from this company!

I cannot speak highly enough of Dubrovnik Day Tours.
I traveled with family and friends (group of 10) to Dubrovnik for a week in April 2022 and we took 2 day tours with this organization: one to Montenegro, the other to Split. Josip was very organized in the days that he arranged for us. Both days, we had two guides and two roomy cars to get us there comfortably.
My guide both days was Miho who was kind, funny, and knowledgeable! Based on what our guides could tell we liked the first day, they adapted our second day's itinerary to our liking. Our guides always knew the best pit stops and view points to stop and take in our surroundings.
Last but not least, when I ran into an issue on my way traveling home with two subsequent flights out of Dubrovnik cancelled and my third flight was booked out of Split, Josip was kind enough to drop everything that day and personally drive me to Split so I could safely start my journey home. So grateful for the people of this company who went above and beyond at every step.

We just returned from a full day tour of Montenegro with Filip who was both our driver and guide and had an absolutely wonderful time! You couldn’t ask for a more knowledgeable and friendly guide. He knows where to find the best views and takes great photos! He drove us to Montenegro with a refreshment stop on the way and introduced us to Pernast cake. We also toured around Kotor with another guide, Ivica, who was just a lovely man with so much character and wonderful stories and even sang us a little song. On the way back to Dubrovnik, we stopped at a family-owned restaurant located in a picturesque, beautiful old mill for perfectly prepared seafood. We definitely felt we learned so much about Croatia and Montenegro and will go home with wonderful memories and photos, thanks to Filip!

I've had the pleasure of doing 2 tours with these guys: the Dubrovnik city tour and the day trip to Montenegro.
I have done my share of tours over the years, and I can honestly say these have been the most informative, well thought, entertaining and fun of them all.
It is rare to find people born and raised in the old town of Dubrovnik and it is even more difficult to find people with the knowledge, passion and professionalism that Ivo and Stjepan bring to the table. I could have spent a week listening to the history of both Dubrovnik, Montenegro, Yugoslavia, etc and to all the anecdotes, facts and personal experiences.
Truly outstanding.

Olá gostaria de saber se eu poderia ficar em Montenegro (Kotor ou Budva) em vez de voltar para Dubrovnik se eu contratar a excursão de 1 dia (Excursão privada de um dia ao Montenegro saindo de Dubrovnik by Doria ltd.). Estou em grupo de 11 pessoas. Também gostaria de saber se é possível irmos juntos ou se temos que dividir em 2 grupos. E se no carro que vai nos levar há espaço para as malas já que ficaremos em Montenegro. Obrigada

Hi guys
It’s my fiancé’s 40th birthday whilst we are in Croatia on the 19/11.
I would like to make the day as special as I can with a day trip and food in the evening.
Any recommendations I have been looking but unsure of what to do.
I would like to visit the nation park whilst we visit is the trip still available in November ?

We did a day tour into Montenegro with Dubrovnik Day Tours. They are a small tour company that have a fixed price for their tours. Although it is not as cheap when only two people on the tour they were fantastic in catering for special requests and made our day a really memorable one for all the right reasons. Montenegro is really scenic with some especially beautiful settings. The restaurants and cafes we visited were exceptional but we did get there early before the crowds arrived. We went in July so it was very busy. November will be much less crowded.
If you are after more adventure take a tour by boat from Split to the islands. It takes all day and you may have to share with other people but the islands are worth the effort to go to them. Seas can be very choppy so you need to be someone who doesn't mind being bounced around. The Blue Cave was very special if it is the right conditions. When we went it was spectacular.
We didn't get to the National Park but wanted to go to Plitvice lakes. Everyone recommended going there and staying overnight but we did not have the time.

Hi we are in Dubrovnik for 4 days (Kids 12 15 & 18). We are wanting to do a day trip to Montenegro & one to The water falls.. Can you just do the waterfalls or do you need to go to Mostar. I'm just thinking 2 full day tours is more than the kids would care for?

Probably a long drive just for the waterfalls. We only spent 30 mins there and that was enough. (Water was cold !). Would recommend the full day tour.

Hi there
We are used Dubrovnik day tours. They were professional , punctual and accommodating. Ended up making our own itinerary and nothing was a problem for them.
Collected on time, gave us some interesting facts on the journey and plenty of time to enjoy the various sites- Mostar, krevice waterfalls, ston and a vineyard.
Afraid I can’t remember the cost but we booked and paid in advance.

From Dubrovnik to Montenegro we went by rental car.
We stopped in Perast and went to see the church Lady on the rock and in Kotor to walk inside the walls.
Then we took a day tour to Sarajevo and Mostar with Dubrovnik Day Tours. You can find them here in TripAdvisor.
