Best view of the city

Very cheap way to see the city and take amazing pictures. Cable car ride lasts about 5 mins. It has seats inside and also standing.

Very stable cable car, with rewarding views at the top. A nice, moderately priced restaurant is in the station at the top. Friendly servers. From here it is easy to see where Duvrovnik was shelled from in the 1992 war. Tremendous view of the Dalmatian coast.

The views from here were well worth the hike up. It was quite something when you get up to the top. Drinks were quite expensive in the restaurants. Take your water and all will be good!

Great views on the cable car, a little cramped as a lot of people want to get up, but the real treat is getting to the top, certainly worth the price of a ticket! Views of Dubrovnik are incredible as the sun sets, try and book a table an hire before sun set... Just Google it :)

Definitely would recommend. Line might be long but worth the wait. The view is spectacular especially evening/night go before the sun sets and wait for it on top.

My wife and I enjoyed our trip up the Cable Car at Dubrovnik, it is a really smooth ride and gives wonderful views of the city from the viewing platforms and on your way up and down again. Top tip is to get there early in the day before the old city gets too crowded and the queues for the... More

Go for the view cause it is awesome up there. Suggest to go before sunset and wait till night. You will see both day and night view of old city wall. Experience of life time.

We took the cable car by the end of the day to enjoy the view from the top of the hills. We bought tickets directly at the cable car entrance (many places sell it in advance, not sure if for the same price or not). There might be some queue in rush hours. If you are very fit, you can... More

Worth your while to travel to the top of the peak-a gorgeous view and one can really appreciate the fortifications and layout of the city. A good way to get away from the crowded streets below.

Spectacular views, both from inside the cable car and at the top. Lovely and breezy in the hot summer months. There's a nice restaurant at the top and an interesting museum where you can learn about Dubrovnik's history.
