The travel agency is definitely qualified, the prices are fair and the organization is easy and flexible. We were a group of 6 and requested a van for a tour to Bosnia. Our driver was knowledgeable and flexible as well. We had time to do everything we wanted as well as stopping along the road to take pictures on demand. However, the driver was very demanding, on the verge to rude. To us it felt more like a school trip than a grown adults tour. So be aware that you are not allowed to eat any kinds of foods, don’t have the right to wear sunscreen during the whole day, even though it is 32 degrees outside and the sun is high up in the sky because, I quote, “its not good for the leather seats”. Also, you might get accused of smoking e-cigarette inside the van, because someone took a mint and the driver “recognizes the smell” so, I quote “be respectful”. Moreover, the driver would go off the speed limits, driving sometimes dangerously, while as well texting on his phone or open a map to show the itinerary, of course, hands off the steering wheel. To end this comment our dear driver implicitly asked us for a tip, which he didn’t get, since we were treated the bare minimum of what a tour guide should be.

Nice to read that the private day trip to Mostar and Kravice waterfalls has been successful in all facets; educational, cultural and geographical.
We just wish to mention that we’ve added one extra hour on your day trip without asking for any supplement.
It’s a normal worldwide standard rule, respect for materials and respect for the driver, that eating in the Van, smoking electric cigarettes in the Van and wearing greasy suncreams in an air-conditioning luxury Van with filtered car windows are not allowed. This “behaviour” isn’t accepted in any luxury Van.
Keep good memories of your private day trip to Mostar and fresh swimming at Kravice waterfalls, wish you all the best for your future full of discoveries.

We used the services of Perfect Travel Croatia for a city walk of Dubrovnik, two private day trips (Montenegro and Mostar) and for transfers from and to the airport. In all aspects it was a perfect experience. The contacts were easy going and the atmosphere at all occasions relaxed. Program was tailored to our wishes and adapted on the spot if needed. Also appreciated was that they were always there (well) on time for the start, but not very difficult if the day lasted a bit longer. Received some good recommendations from them for restaurants. We would definitely consider them for the next time.

Antje was punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable during our walking tour of Old Town. She gave great store and museum recommendations based on our whimsical desires. She also demonstrated patience and professionalism regarding scheduling and other inquiries. Highly recommend.

We spent one and a half day with Antje, for a city walk in Dubrovnik and a full day on a private speed boat to visit the Elafite islands. For us it was very convenient that she spoke Dutch. Antje is very knowledgeable and gives you a very personalized experience, as she has an excellent feel for what the clients like, including great restaurant recommendations. Felt like we were being guided by a friend rather than a guide. Thanks so much Antje!

The 3-hour city walk with Antje was a great experience, filled with history, sights and opportunities to engage. Antje is very knowledgeable and she relates well with her guests. We were with a group of 17 male friends 4 days in Dubrovnik area, Antje organised our trip and was excellent done. Antje is very knowledgeable and on top of everything, recommended very nice restaurants, double checked the restaurant group reservation in detail (checked reservation lists), excellent advice on things to do, an during the tours sharing a lot of knowledge and insights while adapting to our group. We had a lot of fun

Four Tours + One Drop Off (basically another tour in itself) Bonus for sure. Well normally when we travel we jump from one tour operator to the next. After one booking we knew that the remaining four tours would be with the same company. The gentleman is knowledgeable and extremely understanding, we brought our little kids traveling this year. This made the trip more enjoyable since each tour had to flex/change base on the kids moods. In addition to this the food choices at these destinations met the requirements for kids and the parents that is difficult in itself since me the parent is all about trying new foods but the kids need to eat as well.

Guided walking tour Dubrovnik Old Town guided by Antje van Berkel -Crvik: Absolutely a tour worth booking. We enjoyed it the full 3,5 hours it lasted. We also really appreciated the passion and love with which our tourguide spoke about Dubrovnik Old City and her country in general. You could feel it came from the heart.

Extremely happy with the services provided by Perfect Travel Croatia. Our guide (Chris) was at the hotel door 15 mins early every day with very comfortable new and clean Mercedes Van. Chris took us to Bosnia and Montenegro, he knows the history, culture, politics, and the war that happened here, most of all he knows all the back roads in the region, and he took us to the small villages and gave us the taste on local living, which you cannot experience with more commercial guided tours. In short hire Perfect Travel Croatia and you will not go wrong.

Thanks to Perfect Travel for organizing perfect transfer from Dubrovnik airport to Herceg Novi, Montenegro. Being a professional guide, Our driver was not only open to any questions, but shared interesting facts about both countries. Transfer itself was very comfortable and clean.
