They took my money for a family trip. When we arrived they told me that the captain was ill and there was no replacement captain. They promised to refund the money but they never did. Utterly dishonest. Avoid.

75 kuna for 30 minutes, real disappointment. I wish I read the reviews before going. 10 minutes of seeing pretty much nothing there and back, and 10 minutes seeing tiny fish and the ground of the Harbour. Really felt cheated and as a South African, our currency isn't the strongest, so it was quite an expensive thing to waste money on. We thought it would be an unforgettable experience, but left very disappointed.

Don't expect too much, but if you happen to be in Split harbour wanting to kill 45 mins, this is reasonable enough for young kids. 15 mins there and back is a nice enough little boat ride (you can sit on top of deck for that). And then 15 mins looking at fish. There aren't many and they're not very big, colourful or impressive, but younger kids will enjoy being able to see under the sea for a bit. Cheap and cheerful

Submarine at Supetar, island of Brac. We were waiting from 19h when it was scheduled till 20:30 when it started. Humid and hot in the cabin that was kind of expected. Two underwater reflectors were broken so visibility was terrible. Even if we had full reflectors there was nothing to see. My 8 years old daughter fall in sleep, guess its enough to explain how boring it is. There was literally nothing to see... on top of this alternator belt broke so they brought is back earlier. I claimed the money back and they refunded it.... No further comments....

Really disappointing. I wish I had read the reviews of this trip before booking as they all say the same thing. From start to finish this experience was awful. We had booked the tickets online however upon arrival were told that we might not be able to go on as the tickets don’t ‘sell out’ online. The capacity of this boat is 12 people. The lady explained that if she sells out the tickets in person the lady online can also sell tickets although the capacity is full. That is a massive problem which should be sorted out if complaints are to be avoided. Only positive of this is that the experience is quite cheap (although definitely not worth £12) and the lady at the front desk which was helpful and apologetic. As for the trip , there is definitely nothing to see. You see nothing for 15 minutes and then stop for around 10 minutes to float around a lot of sea grass, pebbles and a few tiny fish. I would defiantly not do this again and wouldn’t book to avoid a disappointment.
