Excellent service from initial enquiry back in September 2023 through to service during the transfers in May 2024. Ivan was an excellent and friendly communicator from the start. So pleased we chose this company to look after our party of 20 (12 adults and 8 young children). From the outset I felt we could trust Ivan and knew we were in safe hands, especially to transfer the young children and babies, with car seats and booster seats provided. The price was very reasonable and the communication in the lead up and on the day of arrival was second to none, with a name and WhatsApp number provided of our lead driver the night before we travelled (we had 3 mini vans), a message to check we had arrived ok when we were waiting for our luggage and a driver waiting as we came out to take us to our vans. Two things particularly impressed me with the service. The first was an offer to take one van with some of the adults to a Lidl on the way to our accommodation, since we arrived in the evening on a Saturday, so any local shops wouldn't have been open on the Sunday. We were only charged an additional €30 for this including an hour's waiting time (which we went over - shopping for 20 takes a while!). The second was a split transfer on our return to the airport, again for a small surcharge, so that we could spend a few hours in Split before we needed to be at the airport. I highly recommend Ivan and his company and friendly divers. We hope to return next year and will 100% use Croatia Shuttle again.

Mario drove me from Dubrovnik to the Split airport and because of the time of my flight I requested an early pickup. He arrived right on time and we set off. The trip is more than 3 hours but he stopped me at a grocery store halfway through for a bathroom break and breakfast and snacks if I was hungry. Very friendly and fun to talk to. Would book again.

Excellent trip, very beautiful scenery at the park and the trip to 2 other towns made the tour complete. We were very lucky to have the best driver. Mario was very attentive, polite , professional and took great care of us.

I cannot rate this company highly enough! I was given my drivers details and they kept in touch the whole time prior to my journey! As a solo traveler this made me feel very at ease. My driver was chatty and made the journey to the airport in Split a real pleasure! From booking to drop off the communication was excellent! Would use again and think the service provided was fantastic!!

For my family of 5 I booked 3 transfers for 3 legs of a round trip: 1) Split airport to Omis; 2) Omis to Tucepi; 3) Tucepi to Split airport.
For all 3 transfers the service was excellent in all respects. The drivers arrived promptly, and for our pickup at Split airport the driver actually arrived earlier than the requested pickup time because he was monitoring the flight information and knew that we'd be coming out earlier than the time I suggested. That's good service! All 3 drivers were very friendly and professional, spoke good English, and were competent, safe drivers. The vehicles were clean, safe and spacious with good airco.
Ivan was very efficient and professional in his communications with me by email, including helpful suggestions for changes to pickup times based on current road conditions.
The combined price for all 3 transfers was also very reasonable.
Really, everything was perfect. I can't think of a single negative comment.
Next time I go back to the Split area I won't hesitate to book my transfers with Croatia Shuttle again. It's so important to know that you're in good, safe hands when travelling to and from airports, or indeed any other kind of transfer service.

We have used Croatia Shuttle's service several times. As sailors, we usually take them from the airport to Sibenik, Kremik, Rogoznica and back. It always worked out perfectly and last-minute changes were never a problem. We would especially like to thank our driver Daniel and of course Iwan, the owner. We will be back

Ivan (Founder & Owner) of Croatia Shuttle looked after us for our 3 weeks in Croatia in Spet/Oct 2022. He organised our transfers by wonderfully comfortable private vans from Rovinj to Plitvice Jezera, Plitvice Jezera to Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik to Split and from Split to Split airport. All of the drivers were on-time, picked us up at our venue or within a short walk, spoke English or were very adept at using Google Translate and explained our journey to us rather than just driving us somewhere. It was our BEST experience of private transfers which we have used across the globe. Thank you Ivan and to your drivers that looked after us so well.

Shuttleservice to and from Split airport to harbour in Split. Management made me come back after a scary transfer from airport, after complaining the mangement fire the driver and paid back hole amount. The tranfer back to the airport was nice and made me confident that this is a good company taking firm action if ever a problem. You can rely on this company, a good management makes a good company. Strongly recomned!

Last year, myself and 8 others flew to Croatia for Hideout Festival and were so glad we had an amazing transfer service! We were met at the airport by a lovely lady who took us to the mini bus which was in very good condition and travelled to Novalja (approx 2 hour journey). As it was a long journey, we were glad to have comfortable and enjoyable travel. Upon the return journey, they were very punctual and we got to the airport in plenty of time for our return flight home. They kept in contact throughout our holiday to ensure the pick up time which kept us reassured! Would definitely recommend Croatia Shuttle for anyone travelling to this lovely country! 😊

We decided to use Croatia Shuttle to get us from Dubrovnik to Split due to the ferry service we were planning on using being cancelled.
I was impressed that the price for my party was only slightly more than what the ferry was going to cost and also pleased that we would get to see the beautiful coastline that I'd heard so much about.
When I booked, Ivan quickly got in touch regarding my request for x2 child seats. Ivan also suggested some stop offs for our trip which included the walled town of Ston and also the Terra Madre winery. I thought this was a really nice touch and would give us chance to stretch our legs on a very long journey.
Josip, our driver was very sweet. He called us before arrival to let us know he was running slightly late and waited patiently whilst we visited Ston and did some wine tasting. We were originally going to visit a different winery but Josip recommended Terra Madre as he said the views were amazing and the wine was really high quality. He certainly wasn't wrong - we also came away with x4 bottles of the amazing wine.
I would highly recommend this company as they seem much more than just a transport/trasnfer company. I really loved how they made what would be quite a long/tedious transfer into another really enjoyable day of our holiday. If I return to Croatia, I would not hesitate in using them again.

Would we be able to arrange a RT private transfer from Split to Plitvice Lakes that would leave around 3:30am so that we could arrive at the park right when it opens at 7am - that way we could enjoy the lakes before it gets insanely crowded? If so, how much would the private transfer cost for 2 ppl? We are visiting mid-July and have heard how packed it gets, but would still like to go if we can arrange to get there early. Thanks.

We are flexible regarding pick up and drop off times so to answer your question, yes we can statt that early. Transfer time is around 2,5h one way so start around 4-4:30am is also enough as que in the early morning is really not big.
There are several routes (from A to H) based on the length and what you would like to see so driver will wait for you no matter which route you choose.
