Very corteous driver, efficient, on time, professional. We are a family of 5 and I did not want to hussle with taxis, trying to find one that would fit us all, so I booked this service and it worked perfectly. The driver had a van big enough for all of us and our luggage.. He called me via whatsapp as soon as we landed to confirm he was there and where to meet. He could speak English well enough. He also gave us a couple of useful tips on visiting Budapest.
The person who took my reservation by email was also very nice and efficient in answering my questions.
I like the fact that you only pay a small amount in advance upon reservation, and the rest directly to the driver.

We used Connecto for transfers between Split airport and our city centre apartment. The standard of service was excellent. The vans used were modern, spacious and comfortable, with leather seats and aircon. The drivers were punctual, courteous and spoke good English, so communication was no problem. This was also the case when in contact with their office as they responded quickly to any questions that we had and they sent out reminder texts about pickup times and locations, including the driver’s details. The driving was to a high standard as well. We found the cost to be very reasonable and having our own door to door personal transport helped settle us in to our holiday very quickly. I would definitely use again and recommend highly.

We looked for a transport from our hotel in Playa del ingles to the airport in gran canaria - while every other service from different companies didn't offer transportation on short notice Connecto Tours & Transfers did! I booked a car at 5am for a transportation around 1pm to the airport. The driver was very punctual (15 min ahead of time) and we had a small minivan for us alone and we payed what was written in the confirmation email. So it was stress-free, super comfortable and perfectly serviced.

Stranded twice on the same holiday with no alternate options!! Despite ringing and checking/confirming the booking multiple times with the company.
Booked a private transfer for 15 people from Geneva Airport to Tignes. Connect To rang us as we arrived at Geneva airport to say that they had to cancel the booking and offered no other transfer solution other than "sorry". Left 15 of us stranded at the Airport 3 hours away from our destination.
Also had them booked for the return Journey from Tignes to Chambery Airport. Connect To rang us 10 mins after we were meant to be picked up to say that AGAIN they had to cancel the booking and offered no other transfer solution and simply said "sorry". Left 15 of us stranded in a small town 133KM from the airport a few hours before our flight was due to leave.
Both cancellations not only caused us a huge amount of stress at the start and end of our holiday it also cost us a lot more money!! And the 'sorry' simply wasn't a good enough solution.
I'd recommend booking direct with another transfer company, save money and have peace of mind you won't get left somewhere.

I booked an airport transfer for an early morning flight. Confirmation came very quickly, communication was timely and professional.
The driver was hospitable, polite, on time and communicated just enough to make me feel comfortable once picked up at 3AM.
He was very helpful, helped me with the luggage, which I had plenty of. I recommend this service to anybody who appreciates good value for money quick and professional service.

You’ve ordered a pair of premium skis, but what turns up is an average pair with an extra ski thrown in for good measure....
I requested a premium limo for my party of three as a birthday surprise which was confirmed. Instead, an eight-seater van met us - no warning, no apology. ConnectTo reserves the right the change the vehicle without notice (to suit them, obviously) and apparently, a bigger van for the three of us to rattle around in is a reasonable substitution.
Still niggled that my disappointment was pretty much brushed off by the company. Does ConnectTo only aspire to being a commodity in a price-sensitive market? Why miss an easy opportunity to generate loyalty and recommendations by, er, simply delivering what was requested? I’m going again in March, but I’ll be looking at alternative transfer companies.

When i was in Croatia we used this transfer company for the transfer from the airport split to the city split and back. We also went ziplining in Omis so then again we used this transfer company. We were with 7 persons so we always ordered a van.
All the drivers we have met were very nice and kind. They were always on time and dropped us at the exact spot.
The communication with the company and the drivers was great. A few hours before the drive you recieve the number of the driver which makes the communication really easy.
For the normal taxi's and ubers in Split you pay sometimes 3x as much than we payed for this transfer company. I think the price of the transfer with this company is very cheap for the service you get.

Booking was easy and price quoted was good value.
A most charming Croatian driver met us at Zadar Airport and welcomed us to his country. Was most friendly and vehicle most comfortable.
We arrived promptly.
We booked a return journey at a discounted price and we were also happy with the return journey/vehicle/driver.
We would definitely use Connect Transfers again.

Our group were stranded by this company on 2 occasions on both legs of outbound and inbound journeys to and from the airport.
We had booked a private transfer for 15 people from Geneva Airport to Tignes. We had contact via WhatsApp confirming the company were coming prior to the arrival time, then we were suddenly told the company had cancelled and could not come. No alternative offered.
For the return journey, they rang 10 minutes after we were due to be collected. They cancelled again. This time we almost missed our flight!!! No alternative offered. This cost us a fortune as we had to find a new transfer at last minute on a Saturday, we needed to get from Tignes to Chambery Airport. Thank god for helpful hotel staff otherwise we may have missed our flight entirely.
Obviously, this whole experience was extremely stressful. Wouldn’t recommend at all, unless you want a high risk of paying out more money and not being sure your transfer will arrive at all.
DO NOT USE.

We booked a minibus to take us from Dubrovnik Airport to our hotel, a 25 minute transfer each way.
Our driver, Drazen, was prompt, courteous and informative. Excellent value for money, would highly recommend this service fellow travellers

They told me they would charge me cash in kounas and only needed my credit card to hold the reservation. They took my cash and the same amount in Euros, so they scammed me.
They claim they will pay back, well its soon a month ago and no money, avoid this company.

Hi Boyd, you are allowed to pick the payment option yourself during your booking.
You may either pay the entire amount in advance using your debit/credit card, pay a deposit using your debit credit/card and then the rest in cash to the driver, or pay the full amount in cash to the driver.
