Where do I begin? I’ve been on a ton of wine tours over the years and this tour blew them all out of the water. The setting was amazing. We started on the terrace overlooking a vineyard with the sea in front of us. We were served their rose with cheese and bread. Then we were given time to stroll the vineyards while the sun went down. Antonin, the owner, gave us a wonderful lesson on the history of wine in Croatia, particularly in Dalmatia. Then we moved on to the production area to taste two types of wine, their black label Zinfandel and a white label wine of which I can’t recall the name. They were both amazing. We then went into the tasting room where we were able to choose any wine out of the three we tasted and we were served local prosciutto, hard cheese, soft cheese, and bread. We also got to taste their olive oil, which was terrific. Antonia was our host, and she was so charming, informative, and was just so hospitable and welcoming. The gentleman who drove us back to the town we are staying in went above and beyond and drove us around, patient as a saint, because we missed our parking lot. I can’t remember his name but it begins with D. I want to thank him so much for being so kind and for giving us dining tips and help pronouncing towns in Croatia. This was a 10/10 experience and you will not be sorry if you decide to make this tour a part of your trip.

The most fun and intimate wine tour I’ve been to. You only try three wines, but it’s almost unlimited wine, cheese and bread the entire time. So cool to learn the history of Dalmatian wine. Strongly recommend making a stop here if you enjoy drinking wine, but you aren’t pretentious about it.

We went on this tour with our 11 year old son - he obviously didn’t drink but the tour organisers went out of their way to make sure he was catered for as well!
Antonia & Anton were great hosts and Anton gave us a potted family history of his family vineyard and the origins of the legendary Zinfandel grape (no spoilers!) The scenery was spectacular and the delicious rosé kept coming! Local Cheese and bread were also provided to accompany the wine. After walking round the beautiful vineyard we were taken in the fully air conditioned van to the winery itself where we sampled Zinfandel and Plavac Mali - pretty much straight from the barrel. These are superlative wines and you can then choose which grape variety you want a bottle of to accompany a sumptuous smorgasbord of local cheese, dried ham, bread and olive oil also produced at the vineyard. Really great experience and even though he wasn’t drinking our son enjoyed the trip too!

Everything was incredible. Definitely the first thing I would recommend to anyone near split.
Very generous with food and wine, interesting stories, and we felt very comfortable here.
Worth every penny and more. Options to buy at the end, but not in the slightest pushy.

The most incredible experience. If you are into wines, this winery tour was by far the best experience you could have. We loved it. It was intimate and Anton and Antonija have deep and vast knowledge when it comes to wines. You can feel their passion as they carefully explain everything to you. The price of the tour is very very reasonable considering you have free flowing wine all evening, amazing local produce is always provided to accompany your tastings and importantly you are getting one on one time with both Anton and Antonija for 4 hours. Plus transport is included. But let's not forget the wines. Anton produces high quality, robust and full of flavour selections, again reflecting his passion. I really can't recommend this tour enough. Thank you Anton for your generosity and opening your doors to us.

After being picked up by an air conditioned Mercedes’ van in Split we drove about 20 minutes. Our gracious and accommodating hosts welcomed us to this local family owned winery. While leisurely enjoying rose wine, bread, cheese, and olive oil on a shaded terrace overlooking Split, Anton, the wine maker shared the history of his vineyard and Croatian wines. We the. Moved to the tasting room to learn about production and sample the other two wines the vineyard produces-Zinfandel and Plavac Mali paired with local cheeses, meats, olive oil and breads. Our hosts joined us and we enjoyed excellent wine(which was plentiful)and conversation. Our driver then transported us back to Split to conclude an enjoyable, informative and unique Croatian experience.

If you are in or near Split and like wine, this is an absolute MUST. Not only is it convenient as they pick you up and drop you off at a well known central location in Split, it is also a truly immersive experience that provides exceptional value. The vineyard and winery is family owned for over 1,000 years. The tour is conducted by the owner, Anton. Listening to his stories and learning about winemaking from the vine to the bottle was one of the highlights of my Croatia trip. You can taste unlimited amounts of wine, and they serve lovely charcuterie that is enhanced by the taste of the wine. At the end of the experience each person goes home with a bottle of their favorite wine. I cannot recommend this experience more. You will not regret this!

This was such an awesome experience. The group was small and we could ask any questions we wanted. Anton and Antonia were both super knowledgeable and so friendly. They treated us like family. They weren't shy with the wine or the food (the cheese and olive oil--also made there--were amazing). Really fun evening!

We won't have a car in Split, is it best to organise a visit through a tour guide? If so, who is best to do this?
Also - how long does the visit last? I assume it's just evening tours?
Any info would be greatly appreciated!
