The park is an oasis of calm in a storm of tourists. The views out to sea are elevated from what you get on the front and that leaves you with a panorama of the sea out to Bac which I found profoundly peaceful after a long tiring day.
There’s a Roman Basilica in ruins there and it’s an old cemetery that’s now been moved. There’s one of those informative and helpful tourist boards nearby to give an explanation of the area. There’s also a fence to append love locks if that’s your thing.
Do stop by if you’re walking along to the beaches.

We came across this spot by accident when trying to make our way to another site but we’re really pleasantly surprised. It’s a small ‘park’ but the views of the sea, the harbour and Split itself are fantastic and it’s a great spot for photos. There’s a small church too and the ruins of a Roman basilica giving the place an interesting history to explore.
Sitting and watching the boats pass by was very relaxing.

This is a lovely park overlooking the harbor entrance to Split. It is a lovely calm and green area with amazing views. This park is set on a seaside cliff. It has some really big drops off the edge with not much much safety railing in sight. It was great for a walk through and had some lovely seating areas with lovely views over the Adriatic.

Came across this by accident and you get some fantastic views of the coast as on a cliff edge. As others have said its great to get away from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas.

We ended up exploring this park on the way back from Marjan Hill, lovely park with views that brings you back out down at the port. Lots of dog walkers and local teens relaxing here.

Beautiful quiet park, with lovely views out to the sea and islands across the way.
Nice to get away from the crowds and can imagine it being lovely at sunset.

This park is located next to the Marina and is perched higher than street level. It doesn't have much to offer as such, if not for some quiet spots to relax and some nice views of the Adriatic sea.
We wouldn't go out of our way to visit, but if you are in the area (back from Mestrovic's gallery, for example), this could be a nice spot to take a few minutes.

A park that was formerly a cemetery, it offers fantastic views of Split and over the ocean. Great for photos and place to sit and relax...visit the nearby restaurant for refreshments, or continue your walk towards the beach.

It was named after the medieval monastery of St. Stjepan under the pines.
This is the one of the most beautiful views of Split city. Be sure to visit if nearby!
