Globe Yacht Charter is a boat rental and sailing charter company and operator with dynamic, professional, experienced and friendly staff. Besides organizing shorter boat trips, we offer variety of Luxury Yachts, Motor Yachts, Sailing Yachts, Catamarans and Luxury Gulets in Croatia. We are based in Split, but we have yachts available across Adriatic coast.

Our trip to Croatia with Globe Yatch Charter has been one of the most memorable and incredible family trips we have ever had.
Croatia as a country is full with beautiful and breathtaking sights and our guide, Igor, knew exactly where to take us every day. He knew the right spot at the right time. We always moored on beautiful secluded coves surrounded by turquoise waters so we could jump in first thing in the mornings. He also knew the best hidden restaurants with the best seafood we have ever had.
To anyone looking for a magical experience I would highly recommend booking with this agency. Josko was super helpful when we were trying to choose the right boat for us as well as the right skipper and host.
The boat was beautiful. Exactly as the photos we received. The host and slipper where the sweetest people, they helped us with everything including taking the kids on fun dingui rides or get us croissants delivered to the boat. It was our pleasure to spend time with them.
I would do this trip over and over and over again. Perfect for families or groups of friends.

Used Globe Yacht Charter to set up our epic Croatian island charter. Josko was very friendly and explained everything very well along the way. We booked a boat with him almost a year in advance. He heard who our group was and was able to find the perfect 48’ catamaran that fit our needs.
Next Josko arranged the absolute BEST crew. We had Alen and our Captain and AnaMaria as our Hostess. Both completed their jobs to perfection. Alen listened to what we wanted to do, then showed us the best ports. While other boats were getting turned around or put outside the breakwater, Alen used his years of experience and relationships to get us the best spots in the marina.
AnaMaria was just a dream chef! She made the most phenomenal breakfasts and lunches. She quickly learned our pattern and what we like and adapted very well. The sea bass was my favorite.
Thanks again to all of you and I hope to see you again soon for another fun week!

We spent an amazing week on a catamaran booked through Globe Yacht with family friends. Everything was fantastic. GYC was extremely accommodating with our booking, especially with COVID impacting travel plans. Everything was exactly as Josko said it would be.
We were also very fortunate to have Josko as our skipper. His experience and knowledge of the area, combined with his careful planning and ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions made us feel assured we were in good hands. Plus, he is a great guy with whom we all felt comfortable and enjoyed spending time with - adults and kids alike!
We opted to have a hostess join us, and were rewarded with a fantastic young lady whose attention to detail and amazing meals greatly enhanced our trip.
To top it all off, we spent the week touring the Croatian islands - one stunning vista after another, with gorgeous towns and ports filled with friendly people. I cannot recommend Josko and GYC highly enough.

Globe Yacht Charter is the best company of this kind in all of Croatia. Our skipper, Josko, has a knowledge of the incredible Croatian Islands that is unmatched by anyone in the area. This was now our second trip with Josko, and I am already counting down the days until we can go a third. Josko created a perfect schedule that consisted of a mixture of beach, culture, DELICIOUS food at tavernas on the Adriatic, drinking Oranginas, and even took the time to lose in cards after dinner every night. The boat was also in excellent condition and spacious to the point that it could fit 9 people comfortably. There is honestly not one negative thing I could say about my two trips spent with Josko and Globe Yacht Charter on the Adriatic.
P.S. If you're lucky, Josko (being a former basketball player on the Croatian National Team) might even play you 1v1. I beat him on our first trip even though he denies it to this day.

It really was a trip of a lifetime. I cannot say that there was a favorite memory or the most special thing that we did because everyday was special. Josko is a fantastic captain. The best. He knows what he is doing and is a perfectionist. The trip was perfectly planned from our first night in a cove where we all swam, relaxed and then hopped in to the dingy to go to shore to a fantastic restaurant on the hill looking out at the cove. Ana Maria is a lovely hostess who made us a great breakfast the next day (and every day) and really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. She is an excellent cook, very helpful with docking the boat and helping Josko, fun to be around and we could tell she took great pride is serving us healthy meals that far exceeded our expectations. Josko and Ana Maria make a great team and we loved having them as our captain and hostess. We were on the boat with our 2 boys and some friends and their 2 boys and everyone had a blast. Josko enjoyed teaching the boys to sail and was very kind to them. He made sure they were all having a good time and they all really liked Josko. Each day was well planned and was always interesting. From staying in coves to staying in marina's, it was perfect. I highly recommend them. Whether you are taking a family trip with 4 - 10 people or a trip with friends (there were a total of 8 of us with 4 adults and 4 kids), it is a trip of a lifetime. The boat has wifi and a great sound system that connects to your iphone / spotify. Lots of great memories, views, adventures, swimming, laughs, and just an amazing experience.

We (four couples) spent a week on a catamaran and then 10 days traveling from Dubrovnik to Zagreb. We loved everything about Croatia and our trip. Being on a catamaran is incredibly relaxing and fun, and the Adriatic is amazing - Croatia has 1,000 islands!. GYC arranged the catamaran and luxury van service, and assisted in laying out our land itinerary. Despite my having done some research, Josko Poljak of GYC suggested several additional spots and improved the order to optimize our plan. In the middle of our trip, we learned of a couple wineries and Josko called them and got us in last minute. When he heard we enjoyed wineries, he suggested a winery in a cave on an island cove. I don't share the name because it is Josko's secret and it is very small. Great wine and a unique experience. We have been on several other Catamaran trips to other countries and had other agents assist. I can assure you that Josko is by far the best agent we have ever had.

We have just completed a week on a Bali 4.8 catamaran in Croatia. Outstanding trip! We all loved it! Skipper Lovre and hostess Ivona were just amazing! Ivana was preparing most delicious dishes with very little to work with and Lovre took us to most amazing spots. Josko made the entire booking process very easy and provided outstanding service. Our yacht was very well maintained and a real pleasure to sail around the Split and Hvar. Highly recommended.

The week we spent traversing the islands off the coast of Croatia was simply magical. Our skipper, Josko, had an itinerary that was a perfect mixture of ocean, culture, amazing food, and lots of laughs. We visited a winery where we sampled wines from the region in a cave surrounded by ocean. We ate fabulous meals at multiple tavernas overlooking the Adriatic. We had the traditional Pecca dish one evening at a spot that specialized in it and where it was only locals dining with us.
The boat was in perfect condition and was extremely spacious and comfortable.
I should mention that this is our second experience with this skipper in the Adriatic. The previous was as good as this one😊

Josko was incredible to work with - truly an expert and so well connected in Croatia. The boats he works with are far superior to the majority we saw on the sea and the staff he has access to are incredible! From the service, the food, the knowledge on best places to avoid crowds and find the perfect cove to swim or the perfect locals restaurant really made the trip special. Croatia is a special place - a cleaner version of Italy with more hospitable people and tremendous food & wine. The towns, scenery, history, architecture were all incredible.

Josko is the absolute best. Not only does he take care of you, he is very responsive, trustworthy and the best captain I’ve ever had. Could not recommend any experience more then going with him. If your still looking, just stop and book with them.

what If one books the charter and weather is not permitting?

Thank you fro your question. This is a risk that comes with yacht charter. That's why most people will charter a yacht in summer season when weather conditions are mainly permitting. But even in pre-season and post-season bad weather doesn't lasts for more than a day or two.
