We had our wedding guests for a half day cruise with cathering (60 people). The weather this day was a little bit rough, but it made the day even better. The boat was so stable in the sea, so we didnt feel the waves. The captain made a excellent choice, and found a quiet bay for us to swim and it was beautiful to spent some time there. No problems at all. The crew was excellent - so service minded, kind and helpful. The cathering was so good that i prefer to eat at boats like this in the future, not at an restaurant. The food was just really really good. Thanks for a unforgettable cruise! Kind regards from Serina and Stian

My girlfriend and I had been looking forward to this trip a few weeks and boy did it live up to expectations! When the SUPs were thrown into the water at the first stop, we were sold, absolutely great! The food was also good, both the chicken and the tuna dish was tasty! The toilets were a bit lacking, but they were no deal breaker. Great trip!

Friends who had visited Croatia previously all said Brac island was worth visiting. We were staying just outside Trogir and had to travel into Split to take this trip, there did not appear to be an option from the town. It takes about an hour to get to Split at that time in the morning and we had planned to take the bus, unfortunately we had been given incorrect information at the bus station on times and missed the bus by a minute, apparently the timetable had changed that morning! We had no other choice but to take a taxi which was very expensive. As you can imagine we were not happy. This initial travel disaster however paled into insignificance when we boarded the beautiful Polaris.

We had booked online (very easy) and our host immediately knew who we were. We were warmly welcomed aboard and offered coffee and fresh, warm, chocolate filled croissants, all individually wrapped in napkins and delicious. The day was looking up. We found a seat on the top deck and settled down for the journey. Polaris is beautifully maintained with comfortable wooden benches and seating and is immaculately clean. The crew are polite, helpful and happy. The boat was not packed and we learned later this is deliberate. The scenery along the way was stunning. There was more coffee available and soft drinks or even a beer or glass of wine all included.

Arrival at Brac was about 11.00 and the captain gave us helpful local information about getting to the beach etc. We had until 16.30 to enjoy. Bol is a small town but has been modernised in keeping. There are modern sculptures all over the place. The beach is a leisurely 20 minute walk or there is a small train. Loads if activities on the beach and places to eat or get a snack.

At 16:30 we reboarded. As soon as we cleared the harbour 'lunch' was served. This was a fresh tomato and lettuce salad and delicious bread. My friend and I had both ordered the meat dish which was a massive piece of tender breast served on potatoes and a small side salad. There was wine, bottled water and orange juice on the table. Dessert was a piece of delicious chocolate cake and cream. We were more than satisfied and returned to our seat upstairs.

By the time we pulled into Split at 19:20 the sun was setting and it was beautiful. It does get chilly outside so remember to bring something to cover up with. Unfortunately, to avoid another travel disaster, we had to rush off Polaris to catch the water taxi back to Trogir and only just made it. Therefore we would now like to thank the captain and crew for such a fantastic day, lovely food and warm welcome and would thoroughly recommend Dalmatia Cruising and this trip to Brac which was brilliant and excellent value for money as well.

We chose to do the Polaris sunset tour as we were in the middle of a very hot split summer so we're almost guaranteed a sunset.
€30 per person was the price for a two hour plus cruise across the best parts of this wonderful part of the world. Included was wine and snacks.
So at the time given we were all aboard, not very full but that gave us more space. We decided to sit on the upper deck as I was more spacious.
As soon as we stepped aboard we were offered wine, nice local that we loved. And as soon as we started off around came the canapés, lots too! Brought by the friendliest staff who found time to chat to us.
I must say our glasses were never allowed to be empty, and I thought it was my sea legs!
The boat is in fact a refurbished ex tug, but it was immaculate, clean and you can wander. I was videoing the trip and the skipper allowed me to take the helm while he filmed me! Great
So in all we think it was the best value and the best way to spend a memorable evening. We saw the best sunset made some friends and got very merry.
We highly recommend and will be going back for more.
Thanks Polaris

Coming from the UK, I sometimes find that my usual healthy cynicism does not serve me well in places like Croatia. We booked the sunset cruise for something different to do in the evening, fully expecting it to be a bit cheesy with a level of service commensurate with a captive audience; maybe the 'free' drinks would be deliberately restricted by small glasses and long queues at the bar or some other trick, as it would be in the UK. They already had our money, so why make an effort?

Dead wrong. It was amazing. We never had to go to the bar; the waiter ensured our glasses never ran dry. The music was slick and professional, boat clean and comfortable, wine perfectly drinkable, sunset views stunning, service faultless, and it seemed like the staff genuinely wanted us to have a good time.

And we did. By the time we arrived back to shore the party was in full-swing, we'd made several new friends, and the entire English-speaking contingent of the upper deck went off to find a bar together. I have no idea how they put on such a good show for this money. Monstrous hangover the next day though.

Very good experience with this tour, i wanted to rate them well because i had today a bad experience with another tour, because i thought that all the companies do a great job but it's not the case, these company is really good.

1- we enjoyed the boat that is really confortable.

2-we stayed a long time in each stop and that was amazing.

3-food there is really good , and is made inside the boat, i took a vegetarian dish that was delicious, my wife took fish and it was great too.

I really advice you to go with this tour operator rather than the others to avoid the terrible experience we had today.

This was a perfect end to a nice time in Split. Really romantic and with live music, that makes you want to dance. ;-) Amazing views over the sunset.

I wasn't sure if this was a tourist trap, but no, I really enjoyed this cruise and it was as advertised. There really is free flow of booze (red and white wine, beer, etc.), you drink in proper wine glasses and the food platters (tapas and such) were tasty and there was enough food for everyone. The live band was really good and people danced at the end of the cruise. It gives you another perspective of Split and the boat itself is pretty nice too. Friendly staff. In all, I strongly recommend to try this cruise. When I went in mid-May, it ran 3 nights a week. Maybe the frequency picks up during peak tourist season. We were able to pay in euros (though as everywhere else, they prefer kunas).

We had originally decided to book ferry tickets to Bol by ourselves. However, we accidentally passed the ship in Split harbour, had a proper look at the itinerary and rates and then the world's greatest and sweetest salesperson Anamaria convinced us - and we didn't have to be disappointed! The ship is just absolutely lovely and charming and the crew fantastic! We got freshly baked croissants, coffee and juice in the morning and the lunch on our way back was splendid - best food we got during our holiday! And there was plenty of it and it was sooo delicious. Can't believe how much we got for the money - 10000% value for money. And I also fell in love with their music during our tour, where can I get the playlist heh :) If we had had an extra day in Split, we would have booked their sunset cruise as well. We had the most perfect anniversary and can warmly recommend this day trip - you won't be disappointed!

Great boat, very clean, spacious, not over-crowded.
Fantastic crew, they were attentive, friendly, professional - special mention to Egor he was great to chat to.
From the moment you board you are welcomed with croissants, hot/cold drinks. You have an open bar for the duration of the tour which was fantastic. The lunch was so tasty, which was a pleasant surprise. They accommodated our vegetarian needs from when we requested it at the booking stage. They we constantly collecting empty glasses and asking if you wanted another drink. The whole experience was just amazing and the price for what you get was brilliant.
They provide floats, paddle boards rubber rings when you stop for a swim. The music they play throughout the day is great,
I really don't have anything bad to say about the experience, I highly recommend.

The only point I can make is that if you want to see Brac on land then this isn't a tour for you as you only stop to swim in a nice secluded bay, you don't get to go on the island itself.
